The hotel seemed very nice upon check in. Easy process and friendly staff. The room wasn’t the cleanest. Hair comb and Bobby pin left on floor, no hand soap for the bathroom and only once wash cloth. Wasn’t a huge deal but an inconvenience to call and have stuff brought to the room.

The property itself is nice but there was a group of kids that stayed here and made sure that everyone else staying at this hotel had a bad time. I stayed with some friends to enjoy the amenities of the hotel like the pool and jacuzzi and we’re literally kicked out of the area by all the kids that were there without practically no adult supervision the one adult was on her phone while all the small kids where diving into the pool and jacuzzi area. And it was not just that the bigger kids where taking over the seats where out things where and touching our stuff. And of course there was a bunch of knocking during the night. I spent $160 that I couldn’t enjoy

Lovely new hotel with great courteous staff, but it’s in a high traffic area next to a set of railroad tracks. While there are plenty of posted signs that the hotel is not responsible for loss or theft, there are not many visible CCTV units or any other visible security measures.

The property was fine. The 2 male associates at the checkin desk were not very friendly and quite rude when asked why we were paying a service fee. Complaned that we paid through a 3rd party and was rude when they insisted to start check in with the party who was moving the car. My husband paid for all 3 rooms and both him and my son was right there but that is not how he wanted to start.

Im not one to leave reviews but it was a lovely stay. The hotel was clean, the staff was nice, very quiet and accommodating. Considering it was Christmas weekend, i expected it to be different. It was very pleasant. Will definitely stay here again next time i visit family.

Ok but needs improvement
Enjoyed the pool, the spa had copious amount of bubbles in it like someone put soap or cleaner in. The room doors had at least an inch gap at bottom allowing all noise and light to come in room (was told to just put towels under it, oh like the 2 towels in room we had for 3 people?) no exhaust fans in bathroom (gross as room smelled of bathroom use) . Shower head was coated in green crust making it spray in weird directions. Not even a free cold breakfast just extremely overpriced bistro. Carpeting in hallways by elevator were nasty. Beds were comfy and clean Room as a whole was clean Staff was nice

Claims it has a Bistro Restaurant and Full Breakfast, the Bistro is closed and has been for over 2 months according to an employee, its closed due to no chef, breakfast is outrageously priced limited 4 items menu, $54 for a small coffee, small tea, small muffin, yogurt and a 2 egg omelet. Better off paying more for a room with full free breakfast. Hotels are supposed to be built with concrete fireproofing around each room, no way these rooms are concrete since you can hear people walking above and around you, way to noisy to get a good nights sleep even on the 3rd floor. Not worth the price.

The hotel was “ok”. Not the best not the worst we’ve ever stayed in. The bathroom shower was dirty, had some mold or something in it. We had a few drinks at the bar and charged it to our room. Well they tried running the card right away instead of when we checked out. My cc flagged it and froze my card. That’s not the hotels fault but it did send some red flags as to why they are running my card when we put it on our room-the first night there. Then when we checked out they charged us for internet that we never used. We tried but could never connect so we just turned our WiFi off and used our data on our phones. Initially they were trying to argue that we did use it but they saw I wasn’t going to back down so they did take it off my bill. I also had to explain to them that the name on the tv wasn’t even my name. I also called for an extra towel the day we checked out and the front desk told me to just run down the hall and ask house keeping. It would be just as easy for them to walkie up to them but nope that would take to much effort. We also had breakfast included in our reservation. Well the only restaurant they have is a Starbucks. The front desk couldn’t even tell us what or how much we could order. Said they thought as much as we wanted. I was waiting for my bill to be outrageous but I will say that was one very nice thing. We weren’t billed for anything we got breakfast wise there. The hotel is in a nice location, it’s quiet, free parking, has an indoor pool.
