Perfect for a family overnight.Posted Aug 27, 2013
Pros: Pool, front desk staff (always helpful), location (near a gazillion restaurants).
Cons: I don't know why the internet here didn't work with my Kindle; I've had success at other Hampton Inn hotels with it but not this one. No clue.
Location: Restaurants galore, shopping galore, shopping mall, Berks County touristy stuff if that's your cup of tea (wasn't ours for this trip).
We were only there for an overnight - check into hotel, go to an event that evening, leave in the morning. Checked in, took the kids for a swim in the pool (might have been nicer about 5 degrees warmer LOL), then headed out. Kirk at the desk helped us pock a place to eat close by AND printed out directions for our evening event! When we returned, the room was chilly (we like it warm - what can I say? LOL) so I ventured to the desk once again, where he got Val (maintenance) to help us fix the room temp; the thermostat batteries had gone dead, so a simple fix to keep it from reverting back to "cold." For whatever reason, the internet didn't work with my Kindle, and front desk wasn't able to help with that, but the Business Center got me thru the hard stuff (email catching up to meet with people while I was there).

The hotel was located near Lancaster quilt shops. The rooms were quiet, clean and had comfortable beds. The breakfast provided a nice variety of fruit, cereal and hot entree choices.

Great Place to StayPosted Jul 31, 2013 on Hotels.com
Staff was very friendly and professional. My boyfriend is a trucker and we went for a truck show. The location was great because there were many restaurants and shopping centers nearby. We both enjoyed the gym and the indoor pool, although I wish the water was a touch warmer. It was quiet at night and busy during the day. I would definitely stay there again.

It left nothing out. My grandchildren loved the pool and the breakfast. Since it wax a family reunion, we only needed the room for one night and it was ideal. I would always recommend the Hampton wherever I was going.

We would not hesitate to recommend.Posted Jun 11, 2013
Pros: Room comfort.
Cons: The unfortunate finding of the stray hair.
Location: Close to airport as well as several dining and shopping options.
Overall we were more than satisfied with our stay. Reception staff were patient and helpful. The was comfortable and spacious. Somewhat disconcerting to find stray hair in the bed linen and the bathtub. The included breakfast was very good value.
