If you want to rely on wifi forget it, this is not the place. It was affordable good location but the hotel definitely needs some work done . The painting on the wall in My bathroom (room 815) was falling apart and the smell unbearable. But again . Affordable

The location is great. The restaurant over looks the beach. I don't like to complain but there were a few things. the bed was a little bit hard and the other thing was the AC was not working well. At night I was sweating, even when it was at the lowest setting 15c.

Be aware that when you arrive at this location, the bellboy won’t help you with your bags, the parking charges you before entering the hotel and don’t fool yourself with the beach in front, walking at night there a man tried to rob us with a gun. We escaped running, thank God we were less than 50 meters away from the hotel and the man didn’t took the shot!

The hotel lobby was under renovations. The room had a beautiful view and it was spacious but it had very old furniture and the beds were terrible. The staff is very friendly but need training. The room service was very overpriced. Not a great experience for what I paid.

Nice view of the beach, close to many restaurants. The property has very bad maintenance. The roof on the 6th floor was leaking. There was water constantly all over the main hallway. My room was also not very good.

The hotel is outdated, leaks stemming from the AC in the hallways and in the rooms. rooms lack basic amenities such as a simple coffee maker. I requested service for a clogged toilet and it took over 14 hours for maintenance to show up. I wouldn’t recommend staying g in room 702.

Standard hotel, nothing special.
Standard hotel a block back from the beach. All clean generally with decent room. Breakfast area had to cope with a large number of guests so it was more like a canteen. Seemed to be popular with local families. A taxi ride away from old Recife and the sights.

A good hotel, but not well-prepared.
I know it's a high season, but that makes no excuse for the hotel to reduce their cares to the customers, especially when you paid for a premium suite for your vacation with them. Every minute counts. I arrived at the hotel at the time for check-in, but the reception told that the room is yet ready and shall be ready in about 20 minutes. So I waited at the lobby. Then later I went to the reception again, the lady said that I can wait at the pool, the room is not ready and should be OK in 40 minutes. Then I was left in the lobby unattended. During the waiting, there is no place for me to get some water, nor did anyone introduced or guided me to the "pool" they mentioned. It seemed that they assume I already knew everything about the hotel. After more than an hour of waiting, I finally got my room and also found the "pool area" they mentioned before. All services there are paid, food or drink. I was wondering why would I pay MORE money for just waiting my own premium suit and the house just take no responsibility? Not even a welcome drink for the guest to refresh and get hydrated for a little? Not a hotel that I will book again at a high season nor their premium rooms, it's just not worth the penny.

Property needs urgently a renovation. They also needs to desperately change their cleaning process, we had to change rooms as the first one simply had a filthy bathroom with a bathtub that didn’t even have a drainer…

Comfortable Stay
It was one night but it was great!!! From friendly staff members to clean and comfortable room. Breakfast was good, great location and the hotel follow the hygiene procedures, a peace of mind when you stay in hotel during the pandemic.
