Great choice for Puerto de GalinasPosted Jun 15, 2012
Pros: Breakfast is superb; managers offer a great customer service that you wont get in any other Pusada or Hotel.
Location: Location is ideal for those who look for relaxing time away from the crowds.
This is a small Pousada a few miles away from Porto de Galinhas. I think its better than staying on the very downtown of Galinhas. Its facing to the sea with a not so crowded beach. To go to P de G just grab a taxi and will be there in 10 minutes. Rooms are very comfortable, espacious and with all you need. The breakfast is served a l'heure with an excelent choice of tropical fruits, eggs and pastries. Restaurant and bar services are offered. The manager of the hotel is a charming retired Italian couple that likes to please their guests; Fluent english, spanish and portuguese is spoken.

Overpriced and badly maintainedPosted Jun 22, 2011 on Hotels.com
This hotel does not have a private beach. The "private beach" referred to is just a strip of public beach in front of the property, across the street. I admittedly visited the place in low season. However, this is no excuse for letting the garden run wild. The palm trees were blocking the paths to the guest rooms. The internet did not work. Friendly owner, though, and large rooms. Recommended only if you don't mind paying double the price of other guesthouses in the area and if you don't mind the general state the place is in.
