Dejligt hotel

Posted Jul 14, 2014
Vi sov i Red Bluff en enkelt overnatning på vej fra Portland til Napa Valley. Pga trafik ankom vi først til hotellet kl 00, men det gav os ingen problemer ved hotellet. Fint hotel. Dejlig stor seng. Sov godt. Standart amerikansk morgenmad (sukkerholdigt).

Front Desk Understaffed

Long and slow line at check in. Only one host. Other than that our stay was very good. Nice clean room with a wild turkey in the parking lot to greet us.

A convenient stop for I-5 travelers at Red Bluff

Posted Apr 20, 2014
Location: Mount Lassen Volcanic national park is only 50 miles to the east.
This is a great place for I-5 travelers who need a stop at Red Bluff. Very pleasant environment, with bird house, fish pond, and beautiful flowers (I think they are roses). The room is clean and spacious. The quality of its complimentary breakfast is decent.

Hotel staff gracious

We came into town an hr early, the hotel staff was gracious and let us check in . We all had time to shower before our event. The rooms exceeded our expectations in size and amenities.

Friendly staff, always our choice

We always stay at this hotel when traveling through red bluff. They have a nice pool, birds, and a koi fish pond the kids love. We always check in late (sometimes midnight) and have no problems or hassles. Last time we stayed I left the light on in my car the hotel desk lady and another staff member had jumper cables and were ready to help, he was even going to call his mom if we couldnt find someone with jumper cables! Its hard to find friendly caring people like that!

Passing through

Posted Jul 14, 2013
Pros: Convenient to freeway, great amenities, very clean rooms!
Cons: Room was quite hot when we entered, took a bit to get it comfortable.
Good respite after a long day of driving. Clean room, good beds, pool, and nice breakfast in the morning.

Checked in and checked right out!

Posted Jul 6, 2013
Pros: The staff was very nice.
Cons: Better maintenance and cleanliness.
Location: Not much to do. The salmon ladders advertised are closed.
First of all we did not know the place was pet friendly and by the overall condition, wasn't sure if they properly maintained flea control. The room was extremely small - barely could get around the bed without hitting a wall or piece of furniture. There was a hole in the bathroom door where it looked like someone punched it. It is an older motel and did not live up to the standards we have seen in other Best Western facilities.
