Very clean and comfortable. We had our dog with us and they accommodated us no problem. Breakfast buffet had several hot entrees along with cereal, yogurt, pancakes and pastries. Coffee, tea, juice and milk. Great value.

Nice place and staff for the most part. But we were told we would have a crib in our room and we didn't because they gave it to somone else instead. So i had to put the chairs together against the wall to make a bed for my 2yr old. Also our door was propped open when we arrived for some reason, nobody had an answer... and our keys didn't work, we had to get them replaced. The staff were very accommodating when i needed to switch my booking same day to the next day. That was a blessing.

Elevator not working. Recumbent bike not working properly in fitness room. No sanitary wipes or towels or water in the fitness room. No bath mat for the shower & tub was extremely slippery.

Elevator was broke down, the guy at the front desk checked me out the day I checked in so housekeeping came in my room at 6am the next day thinking the room was empty. I was also told not to drink the water but there was no vending machine or complimentary water bottles.

No iron in room. TV sound wouldn’t work. Front desk made me “fix” it. Took me half an hour to re-boot satellite. Bed was like sleeping on granite. Bathroom light had a mind of its own. To save energy, it would go off when motion was halted. My wife was doing her hair and makeup, and light kept turning off. But light would turn on because of reflection in mirror.

d everything about our room. The beds were very comfortable and appreciated the microwave and refrigerator. I traveled with my puppy for the first time and the facilities were very comfortable for her. I will definitely stay here again as we regularly drive to California from Washington.

Room smelled like pee, door didn’t seal well so lots of light came through, lamp on desk didn’t work, charger on nightstand lamp didn’t work, and neighbor room was extremely noisy until 2:00am.

The rooms are very outdated. The bed is extremely uncomfortable. As soon as you sit down, you can feel every single hard spring. There are no usb outlets anywhere, so bring your own. The lighting is also poor. There are only two granny-style desk lamps and a cool toned intense LED light over the door. There are no decent restaurants for many miles. I grabbed a microwave dinner from the local grocery store and brought it back Hgo the room. At least there is a microwave

Quick overnight stop from Oregon to San Francisco. Clean and quiet. Breakfast was decent. Pool tho we didn’t go to it. Would stay again.

There was a lot to like about this stay, like, the cleanliness of the room, the fantastic breakfast selection, the courteous staff and one of the better beds I've slept in with just the right firmness to provide for a comfortable sleep. There were two things that made drop it one star. One, there were no USB outlets for charging, they should replace the wall outlets with ones that come with 2 USB ports. Two, the desk should have a lamp by it to allow guests with laptops without backlit keyboards to more clearly see the keys when typing. I will definitely stay there the next time I visit family.

My first impression is always the clean smell you get when you arrive. That is very important to me. I’ve stayed two times and felt comfortable and safe. Staff is friendly and the breakfast offered is great. Easy access to the freeway but far enough away to not hear the noise.

We had a great stay and everyone was so helpful and kind. The only issue was that the elevator was broken and made for a hustle of taking luggage up and down. Though, it was a holiday weekend and probably difficult to secure servicing.

The elevator was broken out while stay- the jacuzzi was freezing cold- Anne who worked there was wonderful!!! Poor lady was running around!!
