We had our wedding in the carlinos event center and the staff went over and above our expectations! Decorations were beautiful and our guests commented that it was the most fun wedding they had been to.
Casino and atmosphere great. Service in restaurants amazing! Hotel front desk not so much. Chatting with each other before helping us and we called down three times with no answer when my husband went down, three of them were just standing their chatting.

Decent non smoking room. The room inside and out stunk of cigarette smoke and I’m an x smoker, not particularly sensitive.
Hotel newly remodeled. Huge rooms, nice jacuzzi tub.check in was horrible. We had 4 rooms reserved, all paid in advance. Front desk couldnt keep names straight, reqd same credit card and id for each check in, uncooperative, gave our room key to daughter when she checked in, very unprofessional. Thought we were arriving day before.

The room was clean and did not smell like smoke like our previous stay. We were at the 3rd floor and the elevator was out of order. That wasn’t good for me who has knee problem. The ice and vending machine were also out of order. We had to go to the casino to get water. The bed was good. I wish they put 4 regular pillows at least per bed to start with. I know they will give us more if I asked though.
Upon check in was told I was only receiving 2 of my 3 reserved rooms. Was told that they do not guarantee or want to work with Expedia for reservations. Had to speak to multiple people to get rooms that I had processing holds on credit card already.
Everything was close by with minimal walking. Dining options were good, parking was close to the lodge so no long walks from car to front desk. I would recommend Rolling Hills Lodge to family and friends if they are in the area.

The room was decorated nice, but waaaay to smoky. Also the Wi-Fi is awful. Also the tv was bad too. I mean I know you are trying to get us to go to the casino and gamble, but that’s impossible unless you are a smoker. I lost my voice because of the smoke. Such a disappointment that they did all the work on the casino (new restaurants and bars),but the smoke is unbearable. Unfortunately that was our last stay there

Horel overall was good. Water pressure in the shower was beyond terrible. Only had 4 tv stations. Not a good choice of channels.

The facility was very nice and staff friendly however we were charged for accommodations and also charged by Travelocity so far the casino has not helped to correct the mistake

Bare room and bathroom. No amenities. Coffee maker but nothing for it, had to go to front desk to get coffee and cups. Bathroom door wouldn’t close all the way. Overall poor maintenance of faculties. Was a much better place to stay before all the renovations. Only one place to eat in casino and the food was fair. 🙁

The room was clean and comfortable. Was not happy about the broken little coffee maker in the bathroom. No food for breakfast as stated when we made the reservations. Seemed some what pricey for just a place to lay your head after a concert.
