Overall our stay was comfortable. Room was spacious. Beds were very comfortable. The downfall was although we were on the 3rd floor the noise from the waterslide and pool was intense right till 10pm. This hotel also allows pets and we seemed to be neighbors with a lonely barking dog. We were looking forward to the breakfast that was included with our room fee but the hotel was very busy and I don't think the kitchen staff could keep up, therefore we went elsewhere.

The rooms were laid out well. However the suits are all laid out a bit different. I had the impression I was getting a fireplace in mine based on pictures. I didn’t likely read the description well enough. I had a lot of friends staying too. The king suite was good but didn’t actually have a “kitchen”, again, make sure to read the description. The queen suite has a separate room with two queens which was great. Having some space and an additional sink was great. The separate vanity sink and shower was also handy. The hotel is definitely showing its age, bathroom in general could use some love with curtain rod as and tub surface. Though water pressure was good. Shower heads are old and need replacing in the three showers I saw. Carpets worn, paint could use a refresh. Beds comfy and pillows were good. Blankets thin but good temp control in the rooms. I saw a two queen room. It was great with a long marble-like surface which was useful. Also very spacious compared to other hotels. Windows all open. Breakfast was varied day to day and decent for the small extra price to pay. Staff were very kind and helpful.

I found the staff to be rude and unhelpful. The condition of the rooms was disgusting - hair in the tub and on the floors, food crumbs all over the counter and in the corner of the floors, horribly stained furniture, the hot tub was running but was freezing cold, etc.

The price was right, however I got exactly what I paid for. Parking lot is very small, breakfast was not very good but it’s your regular hotel free breakfast, the Heater in my room was not working and couldn’t switch to another double Queen room.

The breakfast was very good. Pool and waterslide was great. The toilet was not flushing properly, showerhead was very old and not functioning perfectly. Staff were nice, we loved the scavenger hunt they set up in the building.

We had to travel to Red Deer for appointment at 8 am. The weather outlook was dismal so we decided to make the 1 hour drive the day before, as long we could find a reasonable price for reasonably located accommodation. The last time we had to make this trip, we picked a cheap motel and got what we paid for - not much . So we took a chance on the Days Inn by Wyndham - seriously lucked out! Price $100 per night including Breakfast between 6 am and 11 am. Plug in parking adjacent to the building. Elevator access to all 4 floors. Swimming pools. Great location 5 minutes from the hospital! Friendly, helpful staff. Excellent, quiet accommodation! Large, spotless room with fridge and jacuzzi bathtub. King-size bed with good pillows and soft bedding. We will book the Days Inn in Red Deer at the slightest excuse.

Beds were hard and pillows were way to soft. Couldnt get the temp on the room consistant. Pool was ok, hot tub didn't have jets working and there were no towels. Breakfast was buffet style, but the 2 times we went there was no food and it came out of the 'kitchen' slow. No coffee or hotwater. Very disappointed in this stay
