The rooms are pretty run down. Carpet is lifting/tearing in the hallways. Unfortunately despite them having rooms available I did not receive my VIP upgrade. Lounge is sketchy. I wouldn’t eat there.

Always pleased with room and services. Be nice if bkfst was included. Find restaurant quite expensive for not spectacular food. This stay felt hot tub needed some upkeep.

There was a pic of a hot tub in the room picture we reserved and that wasn’t the case when we got there. We felt it was false advertising. Restaurant hours were very short.

The hotel was actually very nice. The only problem was it took about a half an hour to check in because there were a lot of people in line and there was only one person working behind the desk. I guess that can happen so that would be the only reason I would not give it a 10 out of 10. For the most part, everybody else was friendly and the hotel stay was very nice

Rated 3 stars due to how terrible the pool, hot tub and steam room area was, very dirty and worn out plus the steam room wasn’t working and this was not explained when checking in. Rooms are very nice. Decent bathrooms with good toiletries, needs a better cleaning. Rooms have a fridge, safe and coffee maker with actual creamers. Good restaurants, menu online is not accurate, prices are steep. All staff are great!

It was close to where we were going. The hot tub was luke warm not hot at all. There was no tub safety mat and the handle in the tub was partially falling off. I think there should be more security at night checking on the floor when there are lots of people/ teams staying at the hotel because we were woken up in the middle of the night a couple of times for no reason and had a hard time falling back to sleep.

Bed and pillows were very comfortable. Room was very quiet. Room had a nice view. Do not disturb sign was honoured. Didn’t like the pool and hot tub. The pool has some sort of rubber lining that is starting to come loose in many places. It wasn’t comfortable to step on and looked unpleasant. The hot tub temperature was equivalent to a lukewarm bath. There was no way to increase the water temperature. The water was also very cloudy. Couldn’t get the tv to work. Had to remove the lid of the toilet tank and fix the rubber stopper in order to stop the water from constantly running. Coffee pot didn’t fit the coffee machine so had to hold the coffee pot up to connect it with the bottom of the filter in order to get a cup of coffee.

I Didn't like the huge lineup at check-in! There was one person working the front desk at 3:30pm. That I'm guessing is a very busy check-in time. As guests can get their rooms after 3pm. Also didnt like the fact I couldn't put my $50 coincidental charge on my credit card and the room purchase on my bank card. I do this all the time at other hotels and found it very inconvenient.

Property was good, room was huge. Sadly I did find a shampoo bottle in the shower on the floor gives me a little to be worried about on how well the room was “fully” cleaned but everything else was clean and in good order. Will definitely stay again.

Front desk staff were terrible. Waited at least 10mins to check-in. Only one staff member at front desk for check-in time(I arrived 3:30pm). A young boy cut the line after waiting patiently in a wet bathing suit for a towel and the staff member told him he has to wait.”I’m busy.” Check out was just as bad. The man was so rude. Didn’t even acknowledge me at the desk when I walked up. He said,” Give me a sec, I’m just working on something.” I said,” No problem.” Then when he finally looked up from the computer he says “What do you need?” In a very impatient tone. Lobby was filthy. Finally got checked in at 4pm and no towels in the room. The room itself was clean and the fitness center was excellent, but staff was so unpleasant I won’t be back here when there are so many other hotels.

Booked here mainly b/c the pool hot tub area looked nice. The pool lining has separated and it feels like walking on a wate balloon when in it, hot tub was gross and barely even warm, steam room was broken so disappointed with that. Room was decent.
