Not what we expected, very disappointed.

The room was spacious, the front desk staff was nice but not very knowledgeable about the city. The club room - selection of breakfast items and appetizers in the evening was far below expectations. Some of the staff in the club room was great and some was very poor. The restaurant menu left much to desire and the food was not very good at all. The service was sort of okay considering they had let all but one serve go for the day because it was slow during the day. I found that to be a very poor management decision as there was a convention going on during the day at another facility, so when it was done for the day the restaurant filled up quickly for dinner. Even though the restaurant called staff it, it really wasn't sufficient as the tables were filling up before support staff could arrive. The pool was closed for renovations which no one informed us prior to booking. From chatting with other guests, there were many disappointed families.

Amazing Hotel

Pros: The beds we very soft, the rooms were clean, and the people were amazing
Cons: The maids did a walk around at 11 as a wake up call, rather just having a phone call or nothing at all.
This hotel had great comfort and amazingly clean rooms. Worth every penny ! I would recommend this hotel to anyone that wants a nice night away from home ! Although we didn't eat at the hotel everything for our romantic night out was perfect!

We'll, we were disappointed that we did not get a soaker tub (jazzuci) as requested. The front desk said they had some. (We are sure who made the mistake hotel.com or hotel) The staff at the front are uninformed about the services at the hotel for example hours for the brunch at the restaurant. They gave us wrong information. The information book in the room is useless. It has no time for anything. The tv stations sucks no local news or weather.

Great front end staff clean rooms Don't forget anything , you probably won't get it back! Terrible management in the housekeeping department, I couldn't speak to anyone thst spoke good English! Very frustrating!!! Never did get a return call about the article I left behind after I called 4 different times

Pros: Location and facilities
Attending a family function and the Sheraton was an ideal location. Room comfortable and clean. Facilities were good and meals in hotel OK.
