Red Palace hotels in Birmingham, England

Recommended: The Coptorne Birmingham is very centrally located in the city and is a smaller hotel (compared to the Hyatt or Holiday Inn). Restaurant was quite good for dinner, and breakfast buffet was extensive. The rooms are somewhat worn and definitely need updating. There are very good restaurants and extensive shopping within walking distance. The Birmingham museum is also very close. See all reviews for this hotel

Recommended: This hotel gets A+++ from us! The staff was exceptional! Very helpful and made sure you had a great time and a pleasant stay. Our room was on the corner of the 4th floor overlooking New Street (which is pedestrian only area, no traffic). The room was very grand with three huge windows and lots of space! Dresser, Armoire, Desk, 2 Wingback chairs and Table and comfy queen size bed. Some of the rooms have been updated with modern decor - but we preferred the autheniticity of our room. We just wish our stay could've been longer! We will definitely return to this 4 star hotel! Public Transport from BHX: take shuttle to Birmingham Intl train station take to next stop: Birmingham New Street (approx. 10min) then a short walk from the station to the hotel. Recommended: The hotel is in an excellent location and good quality for the price range we paid. It is very centrally located to important venues, shopping and transportation links. Our room was spacious, had a good quality television (if that type of thing matters) and the beds were comfortable. I would definitely stay here again when in Birmingham.
