“Not Impressed at All”

The condition of this hotel is horrible. When looking for a hotel, the wife brought up Super 8 and I figured that it was a good choice since we knew we were getting a decent hotel. Boy was I wrong... The whole hotel wreaked of cigarette smoke (including our room which was a "non smoking" room). The walls were so thin, we could hear a normal conversation with the people next door. It was clear to the point that I could turn on the TV to the same channel they were watching and turn my volume off to watch the show. I will spend the extra $20 a night and go to some place else. I'm seriously disappointed in this hotel and in Super 8 for even allowing this type of hotel within their chain. Bad form...

“weekend get away”

Not a bad experience, not that impressed with the location being right by the railroad tracks, but i was tired enough that it didn't bother me that much.

“Great Jacuzzi!”

Purpose of overnight stay was to attend birthday surprise party for niece. I reserved king-size bed room. Very comfortable bed. Was very impressed with room amenities, including free in-room Wi-Fi. Having just relocated from FL to MN, the inside jacuzzi was a highlight of my stay. Free breakfast was minimal, but all I needed was coffee to get me started. Located next to historic pottery factory next to Mississippi River and bluffs on MN-WI border.

“bad beds”

I thought the beds were very flat and hard. I requested a pillow top, unavailable. I then requested a blanket to be put under the transparent thin sheets, which helped a bit. Walking on the floor in my socks,caused my sock to be black. The bedspread was never changed. Not a luxury hotel at all. And since the booking had been paid for through Expedia, I couldn't get a refund.
