I stayed here to see an NFL game at Wembley the last weekend in Sep 2014. The price in conjunction with the location are good- right off Gants Hill on the central line (red line). Even though I had called to say I would arrive basically in the middle of the night, the employee who was working was acting like it was a huge inconvenience for me to check in on that time, challenging if I even had a reservation even though I read him the conf # and told him I booked with Expedia. The actual room was ok, negatives: floor board was super creaky every time you stepped on it, needs to be changed, walls are paper thin and you can hear everything in the rooms besides you and in the halls. Breakfast is decent. Overall I would give it 6/10.

My colleague had a very disturbed night with students running up and down the corridors. Next night my turn. Had to ring reception at 1.30 to quieten the ro next door. Walls are paper thin I'm afraid.

Fantastic staff, good hotel, but noisy area

Posted Mar 11, 2014
Pros: Service, staff, general facilities
Cons: Parking - very limited spaces
Location: Very central location, easy access to everywhere. Very noisy at nights though.
The staff were amazing from time of booking until checkout - they exceeded my expectations and helped out massively in organising a birthday surprise for a fellow traveller. The room was lovely and clean, with good amenities. The hotel was good, the buffet breakfast had a lot of choice and food was perfectly edible. The only down-side is the area. Our room overlooked the main street and there are nightclubs / bars a few doors down each way. We went out to the bars, are lively people and are not against noise, but a combination of the police and ambulance sirens coming past every few minutes (literally!) for most of the night, because it was the main road through, plus the revellers outside until about 3am, meant we did not get much sleep. On the up-side, it is easy walking distance from several restaurants, the tube station and most facilities that you could need. We enjoyed our stay and were very happy with the hotel and service.....it's just a shame it's not set back off of the main road to avoid the noise.

Clean friendly hotel

Great value accommodation for overnight stay and would recommend. However be aware that parking could be a problem and on a Saturday night the night club below may keep you awake if you are located at the front of the hotel.

Hotel and staff were excellent

Cons: Car parking.
Hotel was very good and the staff could not have been more helpful, I would have given five but the car parking was awful, I got woken up at 0715 to move my car as I had blocked someone in, which was unavoidable due to layout of the car park.

Nice hotel, very convenient to travel to and from.

Pros: Good value for money, informative staff, breakfast provided and great transport links.
Cons: Increase wi-fi coverage in the bedrooms and provide some sort of cooling (AC or a table fan).
Location: Gants Hill tube station is nearby so very easy to reach all the major attractions in central London. There are also several restaurants nearby.
Hotel is decent and comfortable. Easy to move around. The room I was in had a poor mobile/3G signal, I don't know about the rest of the hotel. The room at times was rather warm and stuffy and opening the windows exposed traffic noise. All in all, good value for money and would stay again.

Good value if these matters are addressed.

Pros: Comfort, friendly service, buffet breakfast.
Cons: On site car parking and night club noise.
Location: Well located.
The hotel was generally good value. However, two factors need a comment. Firstly, the on site car parking was very limited(not made clear on the hotel web site). We were fortunate to find a tight space at the rear but I am sure many guests would not. In fairness, the problem was made worse by major works carried out by Thames Water at the time. Secondly the hotel adjoins one or more nightclubs and late night noise is a problem, especially when windows had to be closed to reduce noise levels. Our room was not air conditioned and the weather was warm and humid at the time.
