“Nice hotel”

Because I had a bad cold, we spent a lot of time in our room, and it was very pleasant. Ordered room service the first night and the food arrived promptly with a cheerful server. Food was very good. Our only negative was the morning breakfast server was a little snippy. There are ways of delivering information without sounding negative about it. Other than that, we were happy with the hotel and service. Also, there is a very nice walk down by the Sacramento River that my husband enjoyed. One thing people might want to know is that the hotel is several miles from the center of town. You have to get in your car to go anywhere.

Food at the restaurant wasn't that great and I found breakfast overpriced. But the room itself was excellent so I was happy with that.

For the price Hilton Gardens Inn is our favorite place to stay when we are traveling from place to place. Very clean, excellent staff and service. The room is very nice and the condition of the hotel is superb. The only thing I can say that is not as good as I would have liked, is the bed. It just was not as confortable as I would have liked. This hotel is a step up from the Mariott about and the same price.

Staff is on top of it! They remember what rooms I like and try to get them for me. I love the water I received as a Hilton Member and cookies fresh at the counter. The resteraunt offers a great room service. Love the microwave and refridgerator in the room. I have tried all the Redding hotels and this is my favorite. Terri -Sales Rep

“We'll stay here again”

Easy access to Freeway and away from craziness like Cypress and Hilltop Hotels. Close to Highways 5 and 273 and minutes to Downtown and Win River Casino. Very friendly staff - will stay here next time we're in Redding.
