Surprised with all the perks included; happy hour apps, free drink per night stayed, full bar, nice pool area and cool sitting area with fire tables. Very reasonably priced snack area for late night noshing.

The lady that helped me with check in was very kind. There was no parking available in front of the hotel so she moved her car out so that I could park in front of the hotel as I had my surfboards and skis tied to the roof, and she wanted to make sure that the night guard would be able to keep an eye on them.

Staff was very helpful and the property was overall in great condition and clean. However cleanliness of the room in particular is very important to me and that is why I chose this property for my stay in Redding. It had a rating of 5/5 but I would rate it as average at best. All countertops had not been dusted in a very long time, the bath wash dispenser was empty, one bath towel was used and folded up nicely by a previous person to look unused but smelled moldy, the pillows had that weird body oil smell when they have been overly used. Just creepy overall.

A refreshing change from the LA Quinta that we stayed in the night prior. That LA Quinta was the FILTHIEST hotel I had ever seen. Oxford Suites were clean, quiet, friendly ! Will definitely stay again

The Oxford Inn and Suites was very comfortable and clean. I loved having real coffee mugs and glasses for use. The suite was great with the extra living space and couch. My only disappointment was that the breakfast buffet ends at 9am, a bit early in my opinion.

We had a great stay here. The staff is super friendly and the location is great. Lots of fun amenities and food! They offer a free drink and snacks in the late afternoon plus breakfast in the morning. The pool is wonderful. The room was spacious and clean. The only complaint I have is that we were awoken in the middle of the night by some girls loudly laughing and talking in the hallway and then again by a couple the hall at 3 am who were maybe doing a late check in. I realize this is outside the staff’s control.

The breakfast was included with our rate and was very good! Also the room we had was clean, and updated. The only issue I had was the mattress and pillow were a little too firm, so I didn’t sleep very well. Other than that it was a great place to stay!

We loved our stay! One thing we found it hard is too many doors to reach the rooms. It was a bit hard to get the trolley in and out of these doors due to lack of space in the corridors. Also it would be nice if you can provide iron box in rooms. Overall we love our experience in this hotel. Thank you for a pleasant stay.

WORST. STAY. EVER. So bad it became comical, got off elevator looking for room, went well around before realizing couldn't find it because it was next to the elevator. And very very loud kids, and the elevator ding noises. I asked for a different room, I was tired, the yelling was a problem. Front desk said no I tried to sleep, a few hours later, roaring engine start up several times and lots of loud taking, a few hours later, again... Why so loud? Turns out the other side of the room was above the hotel lobby door! No sound proofing on the windows, of course. Checked out blearily next am and mentioned it, front desk person didn't care. I've been here multiple times, never been this bad, but never again. I can't stay at a hotel that KNEW how bad that room was and put me in it anyway, and didn't care when I asked for help.
