Pros: outside appearance, cleanliness, friendly service.
Cons: A bit too much furniture in the room we had -- needs to be rationalised to provide the same services, but without taking up so much space in the room.
Location: For our purposes, it was simply on our route.
We booked the Rim Rock Motel because all the other motels were full, but we were pleasantly surprised. Aside from the room being just a bit on the small side, our stay was good. The staff were friendly; microwave and refrigerator in the room were in good condition and outside BBQs were available if we wanted to use them. The motel delivers what it advertises. It doesn't offer breakfast and there is no pool, but the place was clean and the services provided were well done. It delivers value for money.

Noise motelPosted Jul 14, 2014
This Motel is too noise , The noise came from train, motorcycle, fire engine, and cars through window unit A/C. It is very hard to sleep there.

Nice hotel, good locationPosted Jun 28, 2014
Pros: Friendly staff, clean, updated room
Cons: Air conditioning which was very loud.
Location: They were having a street fair right around the corner with local restaurants, entertainment and assorted vendors. which was very nice.
Gentleman wood checked us in was very friendly. Room was very nice and looked updated with furnishings. Only negative was the air conditioning was of the window type and very noisy so could be a problem if you are a light sleeper.

Great location, nice hotel.Posted Jun 27, 2014
We weren't here for very long but the bed was comfortable and the room was clean. We will stay here again because the location is so awesome! Right next to a wonderful doughnut shop!

A newly renovated motel that's inexpensive and has a retro twist to it. My stay was short anf wished it was longer

Cheaper hotel, nice room.Posted Jun 24, 2014
Kind of off the beaten path, but for the price it's worth it. Nice location as it turns out, next to a really good Mexican restaurant. The hotel is a little"old" looking on the outside but the rooms were clean and not the least bit shabby. Old school ac on the wall, but it worked really well.

Super value for the $$Posted Jun 22, 2014
An older motel which has been carefully remodeled, including the lobby and breakfast area. Would stay there again in a heartbeat.

We came for a nice, inexpensive place to stay and to play in the pool and that's exactly what we got! The rooms are nicely and modernly decorated. The staff is so kind. The hotel is centrally located; we walked to breakfast and frozen yogurt! The pool was clean and refreshing. We had a wonderful family vacation!

rather blah.......Posted Jun 19, 2014
Pros: it is clean and well kept.
Location: not much of nothing
rather blah....... noisy, trains passing near by, helicopters taking off and landing at TV station a block away, room not ready at check in, area is hard to navigate due to one way streets, could not find a place with a cup of coffee in the morning, downtown but isolated feeling, scuba class in swimming pool, nothing for the kids at hotel nor near by. A hot asphalt parking lot, too small, with a bunch of rooms around it and scuba divers in the swimming pool.
