“Not bad for the price”
Nothing special, but it was acceptable. Just a few miles from the Sundial Bridge which is worth going to do see and to walk around the park and river.
“Rip Off”
This motel had very rude staff. We made reservations at one rate and when we arrived they wanted to charge us extra fees. They would not let us use their internet to contact Expedia. When we cancelled the reservation they were very difficult and unreasonable.Did I mention rude? They were bound and determine to get as much out of us as they could.
“ok place to stay”
place was ok.. not much available in morning breakfast..would consider staying there for a night or so if going there...
“It was okay, could be improved.”
First impression was cautious; the smell was not fresh and clean but a bit "musty". The personnel was courteous. The room was clean. We needed to ask for towels for the third person and would have assumed towels would be in place since reservations were made a day in advance. Also, needed to ask for toilet tissue and was given a partial roll instead of a fresh roll being available in the room already. The water was not as hot as some in the party liked.
“Nice place for overnight stay”
It was a nice hotel for overnight. The staff was pleasant and the price was right. Breakfast was simple - bagels and muffins. I'd stay there again if I go to Redding.
“It's the little things”
The condition of the hotel and room were fine, but it's the little things that can make a big difference. First: Only one clothes hanger in the room. Needed to get more. Second: Toilet paper was almost empty and no new roll in the room. Third: The chair for the desk had arms which prevented pushing the chair under the desk, so it was always an obstacle for moving around the room.
