Friendly staffPosted Aug 14, 2013
Pros: Friendly staff, clean hotel & room, comfortable beds, decent continental breakfast. Good Value
Cons: Service the heater, even in the summer, may just have needed a new/clean filter. Kleenex.
Location: Easy to find on main road. Near local churches and businesses.
This hotel is going under renovations, which is needed because of the dated decor. Pool not open because of renovations. The room & hotel was very clean, and the bathroom was very large with a huge vanity area. Initially, we put the a/c on to circulate some cooler air. When we returned from our day into evening activities, the room was quite cold. We put the heater on low, but had to turn it off quickly because of the horrible odor coming out of it. The beds were very comfortable. The TV was a little tricky to figure out how to turn it on. Had to call the front desk to learn that a light switch near the door needed to be on in order to operate the tv. A small sign near the tv would have been helpful and we would not have had to bother the staff. But she was really friendly and very helpful in many ways. She appeared to be running the hotel all by herself!! One small annoyance was that we did not have any kleenex in our room, hopefully just an oversight and not a cheap cutback.

clean and close to my destinationPosted Jul 26, 2013 on Hotels.com
I was very happy with my stay, got upgraded to the suite and the room/bathroom was very clean. Close to where I needed to go that weekend as well and the hotel manager was very helpful when I needed to find a decent place to have dinner late Friday. Would stay there again.

We have stayed at Redgranite Knights Inn before, and owner Clint is doing his best to make this hotel work. It's a challenge in rural central Wisconsin, but the remodeled rooms are quite comfortable. Very affordable -- we have stayed in nearly all the hotels in that area, and Knights Inn offers the best balance of value and comfort. Extremely personable service.

Staff was very friendly and helpful. The only problems we ran into was there were no written instructions to work the television, and unfortunately the pool and whirlpool were closed. We were happy that the man at the desk came down and helped us with the tv. He was super. Also, we didn't know about the pool and wp not working..... that's the main reason we'd chosen Knight's Inn. The pool is supposed to be up and running within the month, so if that's working, we'll definitely stay there again. We also appreciated the continental breakfast offered. We could decide what to eat and when to it. There was a great selection. We appreciated that very much.

Pros: Clean and friendly.
Cons: The pools not ready yet.
Nice place to stay. Staff is very friendly. In the process of remodeling, so the rooms are new.

The pool was not functional and I would not have booked there had I known that. When I mentioned it to the front desk clerk she upgraded us to a whirlpool suite to make up for it and was very friendly. My only other complaint would be the lack of options for the continental breakfast and there was no fruit available.

Small town, clean hotel.Posted Nov 12, 2012
This hotel is being remodeled. Our room was immaculate. The pool is not quite ready, they said it will be heated by Christmas. (Filled with water but cold) Good rates.

This was the worst experience I have ever had . I have traveled to Asia Europe, South America and have never met a more disgusting desk clerk.
