Closed Pool and Hot TubPosted Oct 24, 2013
One of the reasons we chose this motel was because it had an indoor pool and hot tub. In the evening we put on our swim suits and headed to the pool and it had up a sign up saying that it was temporarily closed. We asked the desk clerk and she seemed clueless about it. At checkout I asked about it and that desk clerk said she had told the evening person about it and that it was ok to use but the air temperature was chilly. We really wanted to use the hot tub and the air temperature wouldn't have mattered in there. We were extremely disappointed that we weren't able to use the hot tub when really we could have if the motel only had its act together!

The place was nice and conveniently located near some stores and fast food places. The staff were very pleasant. The only drawback is that there is no elevator and the hallways were stiffling hot.

Beds were uncomfortable, price was high for room accommodations. .Hotel was clean, everything worked well. Hotel may have been rated higher if units were not being remodeled, May stay here again once work is completed.

Great breakfast included with the room. The room had a large fridge with a freezer and a microwave, which was a pleasant surprise.

Nice hotel, good breakfast!!Posted Aug 20, 2013
Pros: Great breakfast
Cons: The way the bed was made up and the blankets on the bed.
Location: Reedsburg, WI. Many things to do in the Wisconsin Dells area.
The hotel was great. The clerk that checked us in however, was the grumpiest, unfriendly desk clerk we have ever dealt with. No greeting when we came in. She asked for our last name and told us how to get to our room. Nothing about enjoying our stay or having a nice evening or calling the desk if we needed anything. Everyone else was wonderful and almost made up for the cranky one at check-in.

Better than most!Posted Aug 19, 2013
Pros: Very clean, quiet air conditioner, great water quality, softest sheets, soft towels, quiet room, huge breakfast buffet
Cons: Dark halls, 2 hall lights were burned out for 3 days, small pool with too many kids prevented us from swimming, lobby and hall were too hot
Location: This hotel was easy to find, quiet location, close to many restaurants and mini malls, hugest liquor store nearby
I was pleasantly surprised by this nice hotel in such a small town. I've stayed in alot of hotels and this was one of the best! Our room felt like home. In my personal opinion, the shower is the most important part of the stay. This was a 5 star shower experience!!!
