This hotel was great! Perfect location near zona rosa and the pool on the roof is great. Only issues were the coffee for purchase in the room and the day that we only received one towel in our room for two people.

This was our second perfect stay at The Four Seasons in DF. The location, staff, food, room and service are excellent. If you ask for anything at any time, it is taken care of immediately. The rooms are beautiful and so is the small pool. If it is in your budget, this is the place to stay.

Everything was fine, except the treat of one employee (Jimenez? name ended in ..el, who was in the reception at 1:30 am on Sunday Apr 26).He was very rude and he says that the guest (my niece, a medical doctor) must register until 8 pm, not at midnight. She was coming from Queretaro, driving, because that day we will have a breakfast with the most of our family in the Restaurant of the Hotel ( 18 people). However, we had the family reunion and we had a good time.

I was not overly impressed, but the stay was fine. The beds are old and the hotel is a little dated.
it is clean, the staff spends a lot of time on cleaning the room.
Nice sports bar on the first floor, but it is always empty.
Great little bar at the top floor with an open patio and pool, good place to relax - and it is good that no one is there or few people.
It is also a block from the monument of the revolucion, and near Reforma, so the location is good!!!

The St. regis in Mexico City is a very nice hotel right in "Paseo de la Reforma", as expected, it is very nice and clean, rooms are big and very well kept.
Welcome details include Fiji water and Moet&Chandon champagne at the front desk.

From beginning to finish, the stay at this beautiful old gem was a good one. The staff were very friendly and accommodating, and would go out of their way to help. We needed a hotel with good internet as we use it for professional reasons, and they gave us a room near the center of the hotel as the internet signal is twice as strong their. We worked all week without issue, and besides a few car horns and general sounds of the city, our room was very quiet (this just shows how well they built these buildings back then:). Location is perfect, between Zona Rosa, and Zocola. Thank you Imperial Reforma, we will be back every summer! J & R

Reforma is noted for the Paseo de la Reforma which is a 12 km long avenue and park in Mexico City and sprawls through the city's main financial, commercial, and entertainment districts. Some of the city's attractions such as the Modern Art Museum, the Museum of Anthropology, and the National History Museum all sit in the Chapultepec Park and Zoo, a large park along the Paseo de la Reforma.
