The exterior was beautiful. The swimming pool was outstanding. The room was lovely. We had a double room and it was extremely spqcious. Perfect for a family.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was spacious and we liked having a second shower in the room: great when you have 4 people getting ready in the morning. The breakfast was delicious and they would make eggs for yo on request in addition to the plentiful continental breakfast. The room decor needs a facelift. The green cabinets and the limited lighting made the room look dark and cheap. The pool was nice but you still have to pay for a beach towel and if you are going to the beach there is an additional charge for a chair and umbrella. If you are staying at the hotel it would be nice if the beach amenities were included. As well, the hotel hosts outdoor weddings and parties and these parties go well past midnight so be aware the the music could keep you up if your room is on the backside of the hotel. That aside, we did enjoy the hotel.

Everything is fine, the only recommendation is that we did not see recycling baskets. It would be good for the hotel to have one basket for waste and another one for recycling materials. Thank you.

Grand Vacation stay
Great stay. My 18 year old daughter had a wonderful time as well as my husband and I. The beach Attendants and staff were very caring and helpful. Variety of nightly entertainment was super. spacious room.

Disappointed,
We were expecting a great quite time at the pool. The pool was under construction so would not recommend until pool completed. Town is a poor beach town with many shops and resturants closed.

Per essere cliente da almeno due anni con servizi più che soddisfacenti mi sono ritrovato in una camera singola adibita a doppia, stretta per due persone, bagno con vasca da bagno stranamente attrezzata idrodoccia a getto non compatibile con tenda doccia mobile di fatti si crea l’effetto bandiera, in finire la stanza piano basso con invasione di zanzare.

Sicuramente uno dei migliori hotel in zona ma per quel che si fa pagare mi aspettavo di meglio. La stanza congelata pur avendo spento l'aria condizionata appena arrivati (tant'è che mi è venuta la febbre). Colazione deludente. Per il resto ambiente ben curato, pulito e bella location.

Posizione buona sulla costa ionica per scoprire l'aspromonte e la calabria.Isolato dal contesto urbano ma accoglienza professionalee anche personalizzata.Ristorante gradevole per la cena serale.Piscina gradevole spiaggia privata curata.Nelle camere sarebbero da verificare la manutenzione nelle stanze da bagno.Clientele soprattutto straniera.Atmosfera serena e distesa.Sicuramente struttura comoda per anziani e famiglie.

Tre giorni di totale relax mare pulitissimo e poco affollato. Personale gentile e disponibile. Le camere necessitano di un po' di manutenzione anche se una parte dell'hotel é stato ristrutturato da poco.rapporto qualità prezzo più che buono.

-Personal sehr serviceorientiert, Anfragen wurden direkt erledigt. - Das Essen war lecker. -Privatstrand des Hotels war über eine Unterführung unter der Küstenstrasse leicht zu erreichen. Der Strand selbst war etwas steinig, dafür war das Wasser klar.

Il personale è gentile e disponibile, la nostra camera era troppo piccola ed essenziale (certamente non era la camera di un hotel 4 stelle!!!), eccellente la pulizia (anche all'esterno), la colazione abbondante e varia e di discreta qualità(anche questa non all'altezza di un 4 stelle), nel complesso la valutazione è buona.

Wir haben das Hotel wegen der Beschreibung: "möbelierter Balkon" ausgesucht. Balkon schmutzig, keine Möbel. Von dem her war es für uns eine Fehlbuchung.
