“great comfort family getaway hotel”

We decided last minute to take a long weekend trip down to rehoboth beach for the 4th of july. This hotel was in a fantastic location walking a couple of blocks directly to the beach and boardwalk. They provided plenty of towels and asking if we need to replenish/replace towels later in the evening as we also made good use of their pool in addition to the beach. They provided nice umbrellas and chairs for the beach. They had easy parking in a nice undercrowded garage. We had a little delay when we arrived and our room still needed cleaning, but it was a packed weekend so it was not a big deal. We do have a toddler and there was enough room and everything was safe. The front desk was extremely polite and helpful with all my questions. Very family friendly and I would recommend.

Room could be larger and laid out better. The bedroom with 2 double beds was crowded. The bar area within the livingroom was old and dated. The bathroom was small but the supply of towels was execellent.

The hotel is very nice. The room is large and very comfortable. Great location. 1 block from the beach...1 block off the main strip. Close to lots of shopping and restaurants.

The staff was friendly and helpful, the rooms were excellent, the price was reasonable, and it was within walking distance to the Dogfish Head Brewpub. What could be better?

We have stayed many times at Brighton. The rooms are roomy, the price is very good for the location, and the staff treats you like family.

A little run down in some parts but the location is perfect, only 1 block from the boardwalk but on a quieter street so you don't get the noise of the main drag. The setup of this hotel is great for families, with a separate living room and bedroom.

If you are looking for a hotel that has a great location, clean rooms, and ammenities (like free parking, wi-fi, beach chairs, umbrellas, towels) and low hassle check in/check-out, this is an ideal hotel. I have stayed at this hotel several times before, and have tried others hotels in Rehoboth as well, but for the money it is worth it. It is not a cheap hotel nor is it a high-end hotel, but you get your moneys worth. There are some things that they can improve on, mostly just some cosmetics and t.v. upgrade, but the rooms are VERY clean, bedsheets and pillows, towels are fresh. Housekeeping staff friendly and accomodating.

“All good”

The hotel was pleasant. Our room was a little loud because it was on the side do the street. Plus the sliding glass door was broken so it didn't lock and there was a gap causing the noise to be even louder. It would be nice to have newer and softer comforters/bedspreads. Staff was very friendly and gave great suggestions for dining. Love the complimentary beach chairs and umbrellas. And only 2 blocks from the beach. Overall good stay!
