Close to the beach but nothing to write home aboutPosted Sep 2, 2014
Pros: Location to beach, nice restaurants and shopping. Also, the hotel offers beach towels, chairs and umbrellas.
Cons: Remodel the interior, it's very out-dated, circa 70's style (e.g., Formica counters, gaudy bed spreads, flowered wall paper).
For the room rate charged ($250 /night) you'd expect a decent hotel; not so much. It's old and has an extremely outdated decor. If they don't spend the money on renovations, at least they could offer transportation down to the beach like The Avenue does directly across the street with an 8-person golf cart, now that's a nice touch!

Great LocationPosted Aug 24, 2014
If you want the "complete" Rehoboth experience. This is the place! Located right in the heart of Rehoboth, 1 1/2 blocks from the boardwalk and beach. Park once and forget your car, you can walk to EVERYTHING! Rooms and decor are a bit dated. Television service adequate at best. Considering price per night, decor and amenities should be updated.

Great location. Right in the heart of Rehoboth.Posted Aug 9, 2014
Love the location of this hotel. 1.5 blocks to the beach and boardwalk. 1 block to Rehoboth Avenue. $100 cheaper than hotel right across the street. This hotel serves it's purpose, to sleep. Indoor pool, for rainy days and rooftop sun deck for the sunny days. Great choice for a family with young kids.

Great LocationPosted Jul 18, 2014
Pros: I love the location and the beach chairs and beach umbrella.
Cons: The cleanliness of the room could be improved.
Location: The hotel is near the beach, many restaurants and the rides and arcades.
This hotel is a great location-- about two blocks from the beach. The hotel gives you beach chairs and umbrellas which is a great perk. The front desk staff was very helpful and very willing to give recommendations for convenient restaurants. Parking was free which was also nice. My daughter, grandson and Ihad a great vacation!!!!

Best hotel for the price at Rehoboth.Posted Jun 23, 2014
Cons: Parking, but there really isn't anything that can be done.
Location: A block from the beach and an the best ice cream parlor.
We have stayed at many hotels in Rehoboth and this was best, we enjoyed the pools with clean stocked changing/shower rooms, the roof top deck had a beautiful view of the ocean. The lend you beach towels, comfortable beach chairs, and umbrellas which saves alot of packing. The kids enjoying borrowing a movie too! Really don't have anything negative to say and we will be staying there again this summer.

Great location!Posted Jun 17, 2014
Only about a block from the beach, close to several restaurants and shopping. Hotel staff was good. Room was spacious and clean. Only knock was some noise...close to busy street and can hear everything outside room, even with windows closed and AC running.

I needed to get away and decided on a quick trip to the beach. Brighton suites once again provided me with an awesome little getaway. Thanks!

It was okPosted Sep 10, 2013
Pros: it was neat and clean
Cons: the facade on much of the furniture was chipped or had fallen off. All looked pretty worn
Location: many restaurants were within walking distance as was the boardwalk which offered arcades and other entertainment for children and families.
The rooms were large, neat and clean, but furniture was obviously old as was the appearance of the hallways and even lobby. All standard amenities were available in the room. The indoor pool was small, but the outside roof area had a good view. Exercise room was tiny, but had a piece of equipment that offered a variety of exercises as well as a tread mill. No continental breakfast, which was mentioned on the website, and only a little corner for coffee was all that was available for guests. They did offer chairs, umbrellas and towels to take to the beach. Centrally located and near the beach, although not right on the beach. Many restaurants surrounded the hotel or were with easy walking distance. A bit pricey since we went after Labor day. Probably would look for other lodging next time.
