There was black mold in the bathroom and the bedding was tore up around the base of the bed. Holes in the walls in the hallways, the good things were the affordability and the kind staff.

Hotel needs to fix curtains in room, ceilings chipping, and refrigerator and microwave area look gross on outsides.. took pictures… also mattresses need replacing.. felt like sleeping on springs

DO NOT BOOK!!! Place looks nothing like advertised pictures. Rooms were filthy and unsanitary. If you must, use your own towels and do not sleep on the beds!

My 1st night my heat didn't work so my room was freezing cold. Next day they moved me to another room. The heat worked but the shower curtain only covered half the tub and wouldn't stay open so the bathroom floor got flooded. I reported this at checkout. I wasn't offered any tyoe of refund for my 1st night with no heat or 2nd night with bathroom flooding when showering. The breakfast they offered was little muffins, bagels or bread and juice. Very disappointed with my stay.

The hotel was clean and comfortable, but the bed was very soft. Also, the bathroom doesn't have an exhaust fan, which causes the steam to stay in the room.

Horrible stay
It is the least clean place I have ever stayed at. towels were dirty room was dirty, and the water didn't get hot, Thank God a Cracker Barrel is next door. Free breakfast was a joke. Smokig all over the place. Half the Staff was friendly, the other half seemed beaten down and didn't care. What a nightmare, and yes I realize its old and dated but they need help cleaning this place up

The outside doors are supposed to be open with the room key card but you can just walk in which is t safe then I booked a smoking room which is fine but the bath tub has burn stains the inside of the tub was nasty the bed had burn holes on the sheet stayed here alot n was very disappointed the only thing that was good was the person that waited on me that's it but other then that really bad

The worst experience, the unit extremely dirty, dirty condoms in the room, the furniture completely covered in dust and not to mention the television and the remote control!! They urgently cite a renewal change. Last time I stay with my family in that hotel!!

Night staff including check-in was rude. Like they did not want to be there. Lady at checkout in the morning was nice. Shampoo but no conditioner. Soap but no lotion. Continental breakfast not hygenic at times. I'm in the restaurant business so i know... Room was clean though. Doubt I'll be back.

Great overnight stay
I've stayed at this location a couple times before. Enjoy the location which is not far from the beach and the Cracker Barrel next door and walking distance is a bonus. Received excellent service upon arrival from the lady at the desk. Thank you!

There was NO SHOWER CURTAIN, I was a late check in and had to hurry, however ALL THE TOWELS were used to dry the water puddle on the bathroom floor (yes, I tried to keep the water to the shower however it still flooded. I reported the shower curtain, and it was very late in the afternoon to get towels replenished …… so NO TOWELS in the morning to start the day.

Well, I didn’t like was the fact that I paid for a room which had certain amenities and certain provided items like continental breakfast, which was one of the main things I looked for when I booked the reservation due to the fact I have a child and the fact that I work on the road and I’m always on the go. Continental breakfast is what I specifically therebook a room for so that way in the Morning when I check out It makes things easier for me to check out and get my day started but the Morning of the 14 th of October we went to get breakfast and there was no milk provided at all and it was from 7:00 am till 10:00 am when breakfast ended they did not provide milk at all, and the excuse was other guest had gotten up when breakfast first started and basically demolished it, and took it with them, and used it all evidently, and because they used it all nobody else that stayed at the hotel after these guys got up early and ate breakfast anyone that was a guest that went to eat from 7 a.m. till 10 AM when breakfast ended was not provided milk for anything so continental breakfast without milk. You really can’t eat nothing

The pics were not a good representation of the rooms. Our room was cleaned, but the condition of the room itself was terrible. It also smelled like urine and very strong cleanser. The perfume in the cleaner that they used was OVERWHELMING. We almost called it a wash and left immediately...

The receptionist was very polite and professional. The room had technically been cleaned and had good towels, soft sheets, a decent bed. So why not 4 or 5 stars? Because the room smelled so terribly of musty, funkiness covered up with some kind of room spray that we gagged walking in and left ASAP the next morning. The many layers of bathroom vinyl were from the Reagan administration and were so desperate to be ripped out that it was lifted and peeling away from the tub. I never took my socks off so as not to walk barefoot on the carpet, and everyone on our floor kept their doors open for fresh air as the windows were sealed shut. Half of the guests were decent folks, the other half scared me or I got to see their hairy, half-naked selves lounging on their beds through the open doors. Let me just say it was quite the societal cross section. Please just close this hotel for a few months and properly attend to its upkeep.

First and foremost the gentlemen gave me a key that did not work, so I had to go back to the desk to get new ones made. He tried to blame me when it worked to get into the building just not my room. Then we went to use the bathroom and someone else’s poop was about to overflow and left in the toilet. Had to call the front desk 2 times to get an answer and finally get maintenance to the room. I will NEVER recommend this to anyone.
