Rooms now have flat screen tvs. Room was clean and the bed was comfy. Indoor pool was clean but the water was a little cold. Just a few minutes to the beach and to the outlet stores. I would stay here again. Staff was very helpful, too!

Close to the beach. No room service, bathrooms are old, no safe boxes, pillows are small and too soft. It's clean. If the purpose of your stay is just to have a place to sleep and shower, then the hotel will do.

Good choice all year round!

Had a very nice overnight stay here recently. Despite going off-season, there was no drop-off in service or cleanliness. Terrific staff - friendly and accomodating. Only quibble from me was that the breakfast selections were slightly lacking. Not that big a deal - we would go back in a heartbeat.

Great hotel close to everything

Pros: The very large room. And, the off-season rate was fantastic!
Location: Hotel is right on the Coastal Highway. It took about 3 minutes (driving) to get to downtown Rehoboth, the beach, tons of restaurants and boardwalk.
It was off-season (Rehoboth, Delaware) and we had the entire hotel to ourselves. Great staff. Very accommodating. We had a clean, large room with a king-size bed and a sitting room. It was very nice to have a large room with lots of space. A great place to stay if you are there for a week or so.

Bed bugs

The bed had 3 small bugs when we woke up. I think they were bed bugs.

winter trip

Had to be in Rehobeth to meet up with my son who lives there. It was a mild February night. The town itself was pretty deserted as was the hotel. I got in late to check in but the desk clerk was waiting and very accommodating. Room was huge and very clean. And though there were minimal guests the breakfast was set up on time and was fresh. Nice staff, nice room, great price. What more could you ask for.
