The photos on the website did make the place seem a bit nicer than it really is. Granted, it was off season, but it wasn't as nice and bright as I was expecting. The beds and rooms were overall clean. However, the shower was a little dingy thing, seen in photos if you scroll a lot, and was dirty with a bug crawling. The breakfast was ok, not a lot of options as compared to other places I have stayed. Rate was very reasonable considering the jacked up prices around the area for the hockey tournament. Nice location for shopping, dining, etc. I did leave a blanket there that cleaning said they didn't find. It was left there, so I'm guessing they had thrown it away. Little disappointed in that. The front desk staff were very very nice and accommodating.

Bobbi at the front desk was extremely helpful and accommodating and made check in a breeze. The rooms were very clean and the breakfast buffet was nice.

Clean and comfortable. Complimentary breakfast included eggs, waffles and other hot foods. Staff is great. Easy check-in and check-out. Only negative is that sound travels through the doors. You hear EVERYTHING in the hallways, even if people are speaking normally or just rolling their suitcases. Would stay again due to cleanliness and value.

Quick overnight get away with the hubby. Super friendly staff at the hotel. Room was clean and comfy - only complaint is the pillows were a bit small. Breakfast was good too.

The staff at the Sleep Inn was excellent! Beyond excellent. The gentleman who checked us in at reception was informative and friendly. The woman who was taking care of the breakfast bar was fantastic! Truly! Give these people a raise! As well as the people who were cleaning the rooms as we left. We will definitely recommend this hotel to our friends, and we will absolutely stay there again next time we are in Rehoboth. Great job!

My wife and I have stayed at a Sleep Inn in several locations in Pa, NC and DE. So far every location has been a wonderful experience. From great customer service to a full breakfast that’s included in the cost of the stay. I will continue to look for this brand as we travel.

I really liked this place! Maybe have separate sheets and blankets. Either too hot or too cold when there is just one thin sheet and some thick , combined cover and blanket. Other than that, a very good buy.
