Eh hotel near the beachPosted Aug 31, 2014
The motel is in a good location and the staff was very nice, but the room was bad! Just unclean and had mold growing in the bathroom on just about every part of the shower! It was disgusting bad. I would not stay there again and would not suggest it to anybody.

good valuePosted Aug 30, 2014
Pros: location, staff
Cons: could install flat-screen TVs and coffeemakers (there is one in the lobby).
Location: right on the main street and a few long blocks from the boardwalk.
This hotel has a good location with a convenient garage. The staff are very pleasant and accommodating. We were fortunate to get a top floor room with a (distant) view of the ocean from the balcony for a comparatively low rate.

On the main drag but quiet and pleasant enough.Posted Aug 16, 2014
Pros: Short walk to beach, boardwalk, and main attractions. Parking is at a premium in this area, which made the free parking garage golden.
Cons: Better upkeep of the two items mentioned above (plumbing and ice machine).
Location: Rehoboth Beach is family-friendly and low-key--less brash than neighbors to the south. Biggest downside is traffic along Rt 1--congested all day.
Almost spartan in its lack of amenities but clean, quiet, and pleasant. Shower faucet continued to drip when turned off, but that was harmless. Ice machine was not functioning. Otherwise, everything was fine, and front desk staff was pleasant and hospitable. I used this as overflow while my extended family stayed in a beach house nearby, so I admit my expectations were low.

Nice hotel in the heart of a Rehobeth BeachPosted Jun 26, 2014
Pros: It was older but very clean.
We usually stay on the beach but this was a nice change in downtown Rehobeth and only two blocks from the beach.
