We did not get a double bed as we had reserved. Clerk tried to blame Expedia even when I showed her the email. The mattress was not fit for any animal and certainly not human. The room was smelly, dirty rug and floor. The tiles in the bathroom and caulking needed work. The walls are paper thin and heard everything in the connected room. The draining in the shower was horrible leaving the bathroom floor wet and treacherous. The only positive is the water pressure was phenomenal as was the hot water. Was NOT worth the money we were charged.

Wish it had been better.
Room and breakfast area were very clean. Staff very nice. Hot breakfast was as promised. However, our room was not ready when we arrived at 4pm. The tiles were broken in the shower, resulting in water running out into the floor. Housekeeping brought pool towels to put against the shower edge. Said repair could not be done easily, and is scheduled for next month.

Overall stay was fairly good. Room key didn’t work several times and I was not able to get into my room. Staff attempted to help but I was only able to get in when they used the master key.

The hotel it self was clean. The side street getting to the property was very dirty and had a homeless person with a buggy full of bags. It was heart breaking to see

PROS: Convenient location. VERY friendly staff. Nice breakfast. Free parking. Decent shower. Big TV. CONS: A bit pricey! Should clean rooms without asking at least every other day. Lav faucet would only drip the water out. TV did not have PBS, so LOTS of commercials.

"OK" Hampton property. Average or slightly below average for the Hampton brand. Older building. Room was clean but well worn. Staff was there but not really engaged. Not the value for the dollar we typically expect from Hampton Inn.

Staff were nice. Hotel rooms and lobby need updating. My bathroom reminded me of a depressing nursing home. The chairs in the lobby were badly stained.

Broken ice machine 3rd floor, no vending machine. Had to go to 1st floor for ice and soda. The breakfast was great and snack bag was a good idea. Comfortable beds. Convenient to restaurants.
