“Nice enough”

Arrived at 10pm and left at 0500 the next day so didn't see much! It was nice though, and the staff were helpful. Only downside was noisy air conditioning unit in a relatively small room.

“A sleepless night”

My final night was the worst night I've ever spent in a hotel. A wild, noisy party continued until well after 2pm and there was further noise and chaos after 4pm. I told the staff in the morning and there wasn't any attempt to make amends for a sleepless night.

“Terrible”

A lingering smell (similar to stale air freshener) A small attic room with sloping ceilings which my husband constantly bumped his head on Dirty skirting boards, Carpet and mould on the bathroom ceiling No bath, tiny bathroom Towels as thin as tea towels and grey from over washing No toiletries apart from liquid soap fixed to the wall A balcony which we couldn’t go out on as we were told it was dangerous Heating not working and took 30 mins of negotiation to eventually fix it Noisy heating unit Loud music up until 1 am, when we complained we were simply told it will go off at 1 am A door onto the balcony which was locked, disgusting mould and grim on the patio and fencing Called Expedia as soon as we saw the room but they were unable to help us as the hotel said they would still charge us for a night's accommodation. Friends provided us with bedding and towels but still didn't sleep due to the loud music playing beneath us - we were told to wait until 1 am until it goes off
