Nice hotel with good food and very helpful staff.Posted Oct 11, 2013
We were travelling with our dog for the first time and were able to make use of the hotel's freezer to hold some of her food. Unfortunately, we forgot this when we left, but were able to collect it on our return a week later, with no problem! The staff were most helpful and we shall certainly return again, if stopping in that area.

An overall judgementPosted Oct 6, 2013
Pros: The position and the view to the cathedral
Cons: The room could be improved as the bathrooms are now more modern
Location: Excellent with the view to the cathedral and the Champagne country nearby.
Liked it as we did 18 years ago. Found no big change. Would suggest that the new bathrooms have a walk-in shower because not everybody can climb into bathtub. Food excellent, service friendly but slow at the beginning. Would go again.

Pros: Appearance, attention to detail, flowers, gastronomic dining
Location: Tiny village but easy access
Absolutely beautiful building and gardens, superb dining, quiet location but not too far off major routes.

Great restaurant with beautiful food and wines. Rooms large but it is about 40 minutes from the champagne trail - not quite in the centre of the district. Staff very friendly
