Zeer kleine kamer, badkamer was net een kast.

Cons: Alles!
Location: De stad Reims is prachtig, leuke markt. De kathedraal is prachtig en het centrum gezellig. Een ritje door de champagnestreek is aan te bevelen
Echt Frans hotel, de kamer was erg klein. de badkamer nog kleiner(alleen voor slanke mensen). Het hotel ligt wel midden in het centrum. Het hotel was schoon. De tweede nacht kregen we ongewenst bezoek op onze kamer. Geen idee hoe de persoon binnen kon komen. De kamerdeuren zijn voorzien van een pasjesslot. We hebben melding gemaakt bij de eigenaresse maar geen idee of zij hier iets mee gedaan heeft.

Dear Sir, thank you for taking the time to write to us following your stay at the hotel of the Cathedral. We are sorry that the service were not up to your expectations. Our rooms have a functional bathroom with shower and toilet, towels, you find storage for your clothes with shelves and wardrobe, we slide also an extra blanket and two additional pillows (the place therefore does not fail..), We invite you to get closer to reception whatever the problem that you are experiencing so that we can find a more satisfactory solution possible. We have 4 types of rooms, from small to the very large, with different bathroom or showers. (Our hotel is part of a classification 2 stars it is well to the French standard). Probably your door of your room was not closed . when we activate the key card ( a magnetic card) which is set to open just your room, and not the all rooms.( After your confirmation at the reception in the morning, this person will be enter in your room at 6 o'clock, but at this hour we had our receptionist that she was at the reception, and she nothing heard in the first floor) Your suggestions are welcome. Excellente situation de cet hôtel

Hôtel idéalement situé à deux pas de la cathédrale et de la place Drouet d'Erlon où se trouvent de nombreux restaurants et commerces. Seuls bémols : une seule prise électrique pour la chambre et une salle de bain minuscule avec douche d'où coule un filet d'eau dont la température est très difficile à régler. Sinon grande propreté. Personnel agréable. Petit déjeuner copieux.

Très bon rapport qualité/prix. Excellent accueil. Chambre modeste et très propre. À deux pas de la cathédrale et du centre ville.

Centre ville, bon accueil

Pros: Bon accueil, petit déjeuner, chambre simple et propre.
Cons: Voilage sur les fenêtres des chambres pour maquer le vis à vis.
Hôtel en centre ville et à proximité de l'ENSAD (pratique quand on passe le concours) Bon rapport qualité/prix pour un 2* Très bon accueil. Petit déjeuner copieux. En centre ville donc un peu bruyant.

Petit hotel joli, avec personel très très sympa, prés de la Cathedral e la de rue principale.

Good size family room. Recently refurbished. Impressed by the sound proofing in the room. Stairs were punishing, so be warned about the lack of lift/elevator.

Good stop over en route from Verbier to Calais.

Good stop over point. Clean and good value at £68 for a family of 4 people en route from Verbier to Calais. Very handy location to visit the Cathedral and close to restaurants nearby. Perfect for an overnight stop.

Great location but overall impression is tatty. Seemingly in the midst of refurb and they couldn't quite afford to pay the decorator to finish it off. Would be a great place with some investment. No lift, no Parking.

The hotel is actually being renovated. The fourth floor was made before the year-end holidays, the third has just been completed today and one a month, the first and second floor should be completed. The stop work during your stay does not depend on financial difficulty paying companies but is the vacation time workers and the annual closure of buildings businesses.
