This is a VERY basic hotel. Literally just sleep here. Yes it’s clean but our bathroom still smelt. The lady on the reception desk was lovely and very helpful.

The hotel is ok. We were looking to break up the journey back to the UK so needed somewhere to stay for the night and this hotel was cheap for two of us for one night. When we arrived we went up to our room but it hadn't been cleaned yet. The receptionist was helpful though and moved us to another room. The hotel is basic and the room/bathroom quite small but was clean enough. The town is a 10 minute walk and has a McDonalds and Burger King very close by. For a short stopover it is fine.

Fantastic budget hotel
Fantastic beds. They even had a pillow menu - something not usually found at this price. Breakfast was lovely and plentiful.

Great value small room.
Snall but functionsl room with TV and small but functional ensuite. What more do you do you need for an overnight or stop? 1 km from town center. Exceelent value.

The hotel is a very basic travellers hotel. We gave it a poor mark for cleanliness due to a very bad smell coming from the bathroom/shower drain.

Truly tiny rooms
This must be one of the cheapest ways of seeing Epernay, which is great, but make no mistake about it, this is a budget hotel. This is particularly demonstrated by the size of the room. It was the smallest I have ever stayed in. So it was not comfortable to squeeze two of us and a dog in and have room to move around. The en-suite was similarly tiny. But the hotel did its job - provided a quiet place to stay as a transit stop, with helpful staff. Would I use it again? I am not sure, as it did require maybe too many compromises! On the other hand, as one reviewer observed, it did allow us to drink a bottle of champagne with dinner!

Hôtel situé non loin du centre (15’ à pied). Bon rapport qualité / prix. Chambre propre et bonne literie. Sdb assez étroite mais ok pour un court séjour. Check in rapide. Bon petit déjeuner.

This hotel was great value for the money, but it was a little jaded and needs some attention. The biggest problem was the fact that guests were smoking everywhere , even on our non smoking corridor and rooms, which I didn’t like. The staff however were exceptional and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble for them. It was well placed for location, lots of restaurants about 10 minutes away. Beds were comfortable. Coffee machine in foyer most welcome. Plenty of parking on site.

It's one of the most economical hotel by the town of epernay, walkable to train station, long walk to town and Ave of champagne. The rooms r filled with heavy smells of cigarettes, it's not strictly enforced. The maid are terrible, they just bombarded into the room every morning without checking the list if the guest is checked out!

Bless Fauston and Epernay
Last-minute need to find a hotel — and we were very happy with the results. We made the reservation about 8:30 PM, then got a message that the front desk closed at 9:00, and we still way over 1/2 away. We called the hotel and was assured that the front desk is open 24 hours... and the delightful attendant gave us wonderful address and directions — not quite what is on the website. Happy with stay and service, especially Fauston!

Perfect for an economy stay in Epernay. This is your small, compact, basic accommodations like Ibis. Everything you really need, nothing you don't. Better to take advantage of the good value here and spend the money on the better vintage champagnes you've come here for in the first place.

Very small room and even smaller bathroom. Not a lot of room to put anything. TV does not have a single English channel which was a bit disappointing. OK for a brief one night stop-over. The location is quite handy for the town and plenty of parking at the hotel. The breakfast was very disappointing with a lack of choice and the worse coffee I have ever tasted.

Epernay quick stop over
For a quick stop over this room had everything we needed and was walking distance into the city centre with easy parking. The bathroom was something like on a boat/caravan but was clean and the water pressure was good so no complaints.
