“Clean, simple comfortable”

A great place not too far from the centre of town. Easy to get to with secure parking (if you book it in advance). I stayed here for 1 night while driving from Switzerland to the UK as a half way point. the car was full of luggage so secure parking was very important to me and I had no problems here at all. Apartments are self catering so if I was to return to Reims with my family I'd stay here for sure.

“Reims hotel - not impressed”

We stayed at this hotel because it was on the way to Paris from our Battle of the Bulge tour in Bastogne and Luxembourg. We were not impressed with the dirty hallways and the lack of Internet wifi use. We appreciated the laundry service. But there was no change available nor was there soap available for purchase.

“It's different”

This hotel is designed for longer-term, business-oriented travelers. This does not describe me, but I found the hotel convenient to the city center (and its cathedral, my primary goal) and the train station. One should note though that they do not clean the rooms daily and you must remove the accumulated garbage yourself at checkout. However, having a refrigerator, microwave and stove in your room might appeal to those who prefer to self-cater rather than have restaurant meals daily. The breakfast is EXACTLY the same every morning and delivered to your room rather than eaten communally with other guests.

“Good Value Lodging in Convenient Reims Location”

The hotel's staff greeted us warmly and upgraded our party from a studio to a one bedroom apartment to accommodate our desire for an early check in time. Our room was well equipped and quite spacious, especially by European hotel standards. The hotel an adjacent street was a bit noisy on the weekend, but the location is decent-- not far from the SNCF station and the Museum of Surrender. We'd definitely stay here again.

“Apartment hotel good for tourists”

This is a business apartment hotel, close to train station and center of city. Parking was secure and convenient. Rooms were clean, furnishings were IKEA modern, beds firm and good, hallways needed vacuuming. This is an OK hotel but definitely not quaint and charming. Grocery store was nearby enabling us to dine in at night. Did not feel confortable walking to center of town at night but probably was OK. Lots of people walking by with suitcases, was probably safe. “Don't judge a place by its facade!”

When we booked this place, I looked it up on Google maps and explored until I found a "street view" that actually showed this hotel's corner facade. I'm glad I did, or we would have driven by it later that month. It is SO understated and unassuming outside, but so perfect for us inside: clean, spacious, windows that opened over the street, new-looking IKEA-like furnishings, everything we needed, plus ethernet cable for our laptop! All within easy walking distance of the old town and all the sites. Plus, for our car, their basement garage at a reasonable rate. They even allowed us to leave the car parked there after check-out the next day, until we were done sight-seeing. BTW, the Reims Cathedral has it all over Paris' Notre Dame and every other cathedral we saw in our month-long trip of Europe. We would go back in a heart-beat!

Good location, rooms were very clean, very helpful stuff at the front desk. I would recommend that place for travellers with family, the price was very good. No breakfast though, but the boulangerie is next door.

“Small Side Trip to Reims”

We took a little side trip to Reims during our recent Paris vacation. I must say that this hotel was just what we were looking for. It is very close to the city centre and provides easy access to the town's main restaurants and bars. We really liked the "apartment" features of the hotel; it was great to have a kitchen and to cook for ourselves - definitely a big money-saver. I would definitely return to this hotel on future trips to Reims.
