Perfect B&B for a relaxing weekend getawayPosted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Everything. Old world charm at its finest.
Location: The location was nice and secluded. It was set back but still only a few minutes drive away from antique shops and restaurants.
Brenda couldn't have been more accommodating. We had such a wonderful time and she made sure to make us feel right at home. We slept in a comfortable bed and woke up to a homemade, full country breakfast of baked oatmeal, homemade honeywheat bread and fresh, local yogurt among other things. The room was immaculately clean and we had our own private bathroom attached to the room. I definitely recommend this place and look forward to coming back again in the near future.

Amazing Time!! Five Star Experience!!!Posted Nov 21, 2014 on Hotels.com
Amazing stay with Brenda and Mark. My sister, mother and I stayed here during November and had an amazing time! We were looking for a more authentic stay and so wanted to stay in an inn rather then a hotel. Luckily we chose this one. The house is beautiful, the rooms are so comfortable and the breakfast....DELISH!!! Both were so helpful when planning our activities and had many brochures and leaflets to chose from. Location is a bit off the main roads but still close to all. We got to visit Bird in Hand, Intercourse, the outlet malls (very important) and Hershey. Our little get away was just not long enough! So much to do and see in this part of the USA. We all enjoyed emensely and have promised ourselves to try and return!! Thank you for everything!!!! :-)

Welcome and RelaxPosted Sep 16, 2014 on Hotels.com
This being our first B&B we really didn't know what to expect. It is a little off the beaten path (we are both from the city so we welcomed it) but as soon as we walked in the door we were welcomed by Brenda. We were immediately shown around, offered drinks and snacks, and really just made to feel like family. Everything in the pictures is exactly what u get and it was very comfortable. We slept very well on night one and were welcomed to a country style breakfast first thing in the morning. Brenda even asked us what time we had to leave so she would have breakfast ready for us!! It was all the same the next morning although we slept in and were the last to come downstairs yet our plates were there waiting for us and so was an incredible home cooked breakfast. We couldn't have picked a better place to have had our first experience in a B&B.

The winner is.....Brownstone InnPosted Aug 26, 2014
Location: It is in the country about 35 min to Sight and Sound and handy to other Lancaster destinations.
We stayed at the Browstone Inn for 2 nights in July. From the warm greeting to the goodbyes we were impressed. The house is as clean as could be,.The breakfasts were made with healthy, fresh ingredients .Eating breakfast with guests from Germany one morning was a bonus. The best part of our visit were the innkeepers -Mark and Brenda. They attended to each guests needs as they arose, engaged guests in conversation at breakfast and provided a serene atmosphere just by being themselves. We have stayed at many bed and breakfasts over the years and the Brownstone Inn is the best yet-a winner! Looking forward to our next visit there.
