"Very good welcome and overall great stay. The receptionist staff were great and very helpful, especially Katie who helped us with directions and went the extra mile. Only fault we could find was they accidentally collected my partners wine glass from the table. They replaced it but with a small wine when they had taken a large wine. Everything else was good."

"This hotel is excellent, staff very helpful, good size room, clean, comfortable beds & large shower. Unfortunately it is surrounded currently by building works which detract from the "peaceful haven". However these works will eventually be completed & all will be well."
