Nice Place to StopPosted Jul 23, 2014
Pros: Rooms were the best
Cons: Check in process was slow, as there was only Two people checking customers in.
Location: Little isolated, as it was not downtown. Next to the convention center and near the airport
Nice place with very nice rooms. Casino is adequate. Restaurants are good, with a good selection of different types of food. Good thing because the hotel/casino is isolated from all other casinos.

Water Drains at Pull Up Check in AreaPosted Jul 22, 2014
Pros: Room was very nice and clean. No skimping on towels.
Cons: Drainage system
Location: Wild Island only minutes away in Sparks NV
Only one problem with the Atlantis is the drainage system. We arrived during thunder storm. Dranage pipes aim right onto the walkway leading into the check in area. This created large volumes of water coming out of the pipes and huge puddles.

Easy access to everything.Posted Jul 21, 2014
Pros: Room was very comfortable.
Cons: Only downfall was the tub had hair in it. Other than that the bathroom seemed pretty clean.
Location: Location was easy access to everything and easy to access off freeway.
Hotel had a nice ambiance. Hotel staff were friendly and helpful. Only downfall was the bathroom had someone else's hair in the tub, which made me think that it wasn't cleaned the greatest, but overall the room was pretty clean. In addition, I loved the easy access to anywhere I needed to go. I would definitely stay again.

Awesome AtlantisPosted Jul 17, 2014
Pros: Loved the "Smoke Free Slots" in the casino!
Cons: Nothing could be improved, why mess with perfection.
Location: My sister and her family live nearby, we attended a family birthday party. Excellent variety for shopping nearby.
Surprised by a terrific view of night time Reno! Just sat for a minute and took it in! Lovely, fresh room, wonderful thick towels! Pleasant, friendly, helpful staff. Thank you for a very nice stay!

Nice hotel close to down town Reno and the collegePosted Jul 16, 2014
Nice clean rooms with quality bedding and beds. The hotels routes you through the casino to get to the hotel elevators for room access. You end up smelling like a cigarette and it feels like you smoked a few. Arcade on the 2nd floor is great for all ages. Food is nothing special.

Atlantis: Always Clean, Safe, and FriendlyPosted Jul 15, 2014
Pros: Appearance. Staff. Great food. Free drinks. Access to fun. Lots to do. Clean. Safe. Comp card. Won money!
Cons: Comp more free rooms.
Location: Easy to get to from the business loop or from downtown Reno. Other attractions: Virginia City, the downtown parks and greenbelts, the university
Checked into Atlantis July 7 . Not a full house, but but busy. Great buffet (Toucan Charlie's). Lots of free drinks. Easy to get a comp card. Helpful, friendly staff. Awesome clean room with a mountain view. Love Atlantis!

very good hotel but quite far from the actionPosted Jul 14, 2014
Pros: The ambience of the hotel. The facilties.
Location: 5 minutes from the airport. not much to do outside of the resort as it was far from downtown.
The hotel very much exceeded our expectation. There were 8 restaurants to choose from but we decided to go to the buffet. It was ok for the price we paid. The gym and swimming pool were quire nice. The hotel provided complimentary water/juice in the gym. The shuttle service at every half hour seems reasonable. It was about 5 minutes from the airport. There was a bus stop nearby that can take you to Meadowood mall and to the downtown Reno. It ahs a nice arcade, which quite entertained my 17 year old son.

Good ExperiencePosted Jul 10, 2014
Pros: Food and people
Cons: Toilet handle stuck and ran sometimes.
Location: I had to go to Reno for a dental appointment.
We stay in Reno, NV about 6-8 times a year. We have not stayed at the Atlantis for a number of years. I will definitely go back the next time we are in Reno. Great service people with positive personalities and really good food. Front desk was very helpful in moving my room reservation to a quite part of the hotel. The buffet was busy the night I was there and I went to the deli which was really good. Same with the coffee shop in the morning. I was very impressed. A little thing that caught my attention, they had small trash cans strapped to light poles in the parking lot.
