“had a nice time”
Had a nice time
“Fantastic luxury deal when booked as a package with RT filght!”
Hotel and room are beautiful - for Reno. Beds with 8 pillows each are extremely comfortable. Spa room included a yoga mat and robes. Breakfast and lunch buffets a little pricey unless you have a 2 for one coupon or gambled to get enough points for a free meal. To fully understand their point system one needs a degree involving calculus. Have your breakfast or any time snack delivered to the pool for same as "in restaurant" pricing. Eating at the atrium indoor pool really made the experience feel as though we were in a tropical resort with late night dining.
“Great Place to Stay!!”
Nice amenities and great rooms. Stayed in the Concierge Tower and it was really nice. Join Club Paradise and earn a free buffet very quickly. Front desk personnel very accommodating.

Nice room great resturants
“Extremely Disappointed”
As a local, my friend and I decided to stay in town and take our girls to the Atlantis for a girls' weekend because I had heard so many good things about the Atlantis. I booked two rooms and both rooms had blood on the sheets and one bed had hair all over it. There were also what appeared to be blood stains on the carpet in one of the rooms. We waited, at 11:00 at night, 45 minutes for housekeeping to come up and change the sheets. One of the room's shower wouldn't drain and when trying to get the drain to work a bunch of hair came up. It was absolutely disgusting. Granted it's a casino, but staying on a non smoking floor, the smell of smoke was still awful causing our throats and eyes to burn. Needless to say, I will never stay at the Atlantis again.
“Great Property, Good Area, Get Remodeled Room”
I liked this hotel a lot. I've stayed there twice while in Reno for work. I did not gamble, dine, or use any of the pool/spa facilities at Atlantis. I was very impressed with the condition of the property that I saw/used. I always make sure to get a remodeled room -- I haven't seen the un-remodeled rooms, but the remodeled ones are done up really well. Very stylish, nice bedding, great TV, nice bathroom. I like that the property is easily accessible off US-395 just a couple miles south of I-80. The neighborhood is great too. Right near a nice big shopping center with good restaurants, WalMart, Office Depot, etc.
“OK”
Remodel is nice and Manhatten Deli is great! Mai's service left something to be desired, like dirty coffee cups left in the room, but overall a good stay. They NEED a free shuttle to downtown!
