“we were impressed”

When I called to get reservations I asked if they accept cats[most hotels take dogs but not cats] and was very happy to here "Yes they do"so we booked right away.We arrived there to find the hotel staff very friendly,and fast.They gave us a pet room with a sliding door that went outside for the animals.This room was very clean and comfortable and had a fridge.We have been to a lot of pet friendly hotels and this one was the best.They had a small resturant in the hotel lobby that was not only priced well but also had very good food and a good size portion of it.[Chicken fried steak was fantastic] We were seated right away.Food came out hot and fast but not to fast,and our waitress was very friendly.They also had a shuttle service and those guys were the best,helpful,funny,polite,quick, and most of all they were just happy everytime we needed them.We will be going back to this hotel again.It is now the only one we will be using when visiting Reno area.Thanks for the comfortable and stress free visit. The only bad thing I could say is that the tolet seat needs to be a bigger size and not smaller the the tolet itself.OUCH!

“Would stay at Best Western at Reno Airport again.”

My only complaint is that the bathroom should have grab bars near toilet and shower. Since I have had both knees replaced, it is difficult for me to get off of low rise toilets and climb into bathtubs, and grab bars would make it easier. I spoke to girl at front desk when I was leaving, and she was very helpful, telling me to be sure to require a handicap room my next visit., since they are available.

“Neat and clean but noisy”

Initial water in the bathtub was very rusty and dirty the bathroom fan was very noisy have to turn up the TV loud the refrigerator was noisy the people in the floor we were on we're not supposed to be smoking and it times therefore smelled like smoke in the hallways but the room was comfortable the staff was friendly and the food was good and affordable

“Reno airport - great quite place!”

The hotel was clean and quite as I expected from a BW hotel... the location is convenient, especially the shuttle drove us around and the staff were all super friendly and helpful...

“good reno hotel”

Very nice hotel with great staff. Well maintained except for a few minor problems with room: bath fan did not work, small fridge very noisy, & water tap in tub/shower hard to turn on. Restaurant food and service were excellent.

“Worn but clean”

This hotel is an old building, visibly worn but clean and maintained. Slight musty smell in the halls. Very little noise from the airport, our room faced it and I only heard one airplane take off - again, very faint noise there. Restaurant had decent food at a reasonable price for breakfast. If you don't want to stay in a casino, this place works well.

“Would stay here again”

Wewere given a room that was not yet completely cleaned. No problem as it was cleaned by the time we turned in our rental car. Howsver we were not provided with bath towels and I had to ask the front desk twice for towels before they arrived. Everythin elso was great. We would definitely stay here again as it right across the street from the airport.

“Such a great surprise”

The Hotel was clean, quiet and very well maintained. The only thing we noticed, was that dishes in the hallways were not picked up after 4 hours of room service. Also in the restaurant, the tables were not bused very fast, and there was a cart from the night shift with wine glasses and empty bottles still on the cart from the night before, at 11 A,M. Overall, the food, the service, and the great courtyard and peaceful surroundings were great. We will definetely be back!

“Too noisy on the second floor.”

This should have been a nice stay as the hotel has lots to offer, but the floor above us creaked terribly when anyone walked around. Unfortunately, the folks above us walked around until after midnight and got up early as well. Getting a third floor room might solve this problem. We were a group of three and all rooms had the same problem.
