Best Western Plus Airport Plaza Hotel

I requested a non-smoking room which I did receive. The problem was that the non-smoking rooms are surrounded by smoking rooms so that walk down the hallway was smoke filled.

Nice hotel, clean, comfortable accommodations. We did leave something behind accidentally and when we called to find out if they found it kept being told that we had to call back to speak to a manager and then were told that no manager was on duty due to the holiday (this was Memorial Day weekend). Other than that, no real issues.

I stayed here on both ends of a week-long trip to Lake Tahoe, choosing this hotel due to its location and price. For the price the services and amenities are great. Although the decor is a bit dated, the rooms are quiet and comfortable. The staff was very helpful especially in dealing with a missing reservation on my return trip, but everything worked out. The restaurant and lounge and nothing special, but the service is good and the food reasonably priced and prepared. I would not hesitate to stay here again if flying into or out of Reno.

The Best Western was clean but the air conditioner was hard to use, the fan ran all the time. Air seemed stuffy. Staff was nice and the hotel was close to the Reno-Sparks Convention Center.

The place is falling apart and the room needs repair.

Stayed for four nights.....had NO hot water two days...Sorry was all they offered. Room heater was poor. Would not recommend during cold months.

Room was clean and comfortable. Surprisingly quiet considering it is near the airport. It was Valentine's weekend and a lot of the other casino hotel rates were super pricey. This hotel was reasonably priced and just as nice as some of he king rooms at some of the major casinos we've stayed at. Also super easy access to the freeway and centrally located not far from anything as it is right in the middle of town....Will definitely stay at this hotel again in the future.

I expected this place to be a bit noisy because of the Airport, but it wasn't. I usually go with a Best Western most of the time because it is usually clean and reasonably priced. This was it. We will stay here again when visiting our family.

There is a new system for heat/air and television but there are no instructions so had to call front desk to find out how to work them. Otherwise no problems.
