The discount coupons given at check-in were not redeemable. We checked in at about 5:45 pm and went to dinner at the steakhouse and were told the dinner coupon was only valid from 4 to 5:30 We arrived at the steakhouse at 6:30. I thought that this was a cheap come on. I was directed to parking which was not available. Parked some distance to the hotel. Staff as nice and always greeted us. Hotel and Casino were clean.

There is specialty pricing available from 4:30-5:30 pm. Once it is after 5:30, the pricing raises, but the special is still available to order. The room assigned was faraway from the casino and restaurant. The furnitures were beat up and no end table at either side of the beds. No carpet on the floor and refused to change to a room with carpet.

There were two boxes of left over food in the room when we checked in, which made the room smell terrible. The alarm clock went off at 5am in the morning and woke up us whole family, we were not able to fall back to sleep afterwards.

Strange ventilation problem. Pete and Roy weren’t able resolve problem. Had to move once it was so noisy. The second room was fine for one day but also started making noise too but not as bad as the first room. It was a vibration rattling type of sound. I heard the noise from many areas . It seems to be only near the pool. Steakhouse was nice. Food and service was very good

Staff is exceptionally nice! Free drinks at table games is sweet. I didn't like our room with two connecting doors and one noisy neighbor, but I'll know next time to book through the hotel at a lower than Expedia room rate a better room.

Room decor is ok, mattress was a little janky could use an update. Some table games were closed. When I inquired about it they said they were short staffed. Wanted to go to the steakhouse but it is closed on Monday and Tuesday. Ended up going to the grill house, food was ok, staff was great but ambiance not so much.

The property smells like a kennel, had to let hotel managers know there was dog poop in hallway of suites. When we got there we were told they didn’t have the 2 rooms I reserved only 1, and there was a $100 refundable deposit for each room. So disappointed with this facility.

Front desk agent was friendly. Room was ok. Toilet doesn't flush properly and the heater is loud but otherwise room was good. I stayed because of the snow. Cant get over the summit. Will be back to visit another day.

The room was very affordable and located near the highway which was a great convenience. There is a gas station real close to the hotel, which was also a plus. There was a small water leak in our bathroom but I would stay here again. No breakfast included.

The parking lot was close to my room and finding parking was easy. My room was facing the indoor pool I didn’t sleep well because it was lite up all night which shined through the sides of the drapes… Walls were thin I heard noise most of the night so not a good nights sleep

What I really liked was upon arrival I was notified that the room I had reserved was above a construction site they were remodeling. They informed me they had tried calling me, which was verified when I got home on our answering machine, but we had already left. Rather then placing us in just another room they upgraded us to a suite at the same price. Very accommodating.
