The tower we were originally assigned was quite ways from the casino and restaurants, so we had to pay more to stay in the tower that was in the main casino area

Nice hotel close to downtown Reno

Posted Dec 18, 2014
Pros: Close to the freeway and downtown.
Cons: The parking and the hotel are separate entities. You spend a lot of time going up and down in the elevators to get from your car to your room.
Location: Nice restaurants nearby plus easy access to the freeway.
It's a decent hotel, the parking can be a hassle, but all in all, I would stay there again without a second thought.

Circus Circus Reno is a price performer.

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: Price performer.
Cons: No.
Location: The location is in downtown Reno. Circus Circus is walking distance to any number or good restaurants.
I travel on a budget, and Circus Circus is comfortable, near my favorite restaurant (La Famiglia), and the staff is friendly and helpful.

Good time for a fair price

Posted Dec 16, 2014
We went for santa pub crawl dec 13-15 and had fun. Circus circus seemed a little looser than other casinos and a little cleaner. The cocktail waitresses were a bit rude and super slow except for one very nice Eastern European gal. Can't recall her name but she had shoulder length brown curly hai and was super friendly! The food at the deli was fantastic for lunch otherwise we ate elsewhere. Overall, I liked it at circus circus and will likely stay there again

It was OK.

Posted Dec 16, 2014
Pros: The price.
Cons: The smell in the lobby and halls.
Location: The location was decent. There is a kids' museum nearby that was great!
The lobby area and halls had a weird smell. It had a sweet musty scent. The room was clean and some of the staff was nice. We only stayed 2 nights that was enough for me. You get what you pay for and we didn't want to spend an arm and a leg since we didn't plan on staying in the room for long periods of time. The casino area was fun for the kids. Kinda small but it kept them entertained for a while. I'm not sure I would stay there again. If I was on a tight budget then maybe but I'd look for something else first.

Not a quality stay

Posted Dec 15, 2014
Starting with desk clerk checking in very rude and poor English. I couldn't understand her and every time I asked her to repeat. She got more indignant The room was outdated and not well kept. I've seen motel 6 with much better rooms than this.

circus circus is OK

Posted Dec 13, 2014
Pros: staff
Cons: room decor
Location: casino was all I know
the discount price of $22 per night was really good, was there for two nights. it's a real hike from registration, to the parking garage, and then to your room. because of knee issues had to have a bellman help me with luggage, they were quick and had a good attitude. all staff were good. room was kind of a 50's thing, upgraded in the 90's and sort of left that way since. was clean, and you're only there to sleep so $22 per nite can't be beat.
