Tower room with king size bed. Reasonable price.Posted May 21, 2015
Pros: Close to all casinos, downtown.
Cons: Room needs microwave/fridge.
Location: Gambling, Renown Hospital and St. Mary's Hospital.
I was hoping for a microwave/mini fridge but there was none. Nice furnishings and great view of Reno from 16th floor.

Perfect location to start your vacationPosted May 21, 2015
We have started here for years and see never disappointed. Check in is so simple, staff accommodating, and ask with a friendly smile. Rooms are nice clean and reasonably comfortable. Dining is good too. Usually the American is our family choice to eat. Well be back again next week.

Updated room with a viewPosted May 20, 2015
Pros: Friendly, knowledgeable staff, recycling ease and go green policies related to changing linens, proximity to dining choices and other casinos.
Cons: Hard to do I know, but better insulation in room walls.
Check in was uneventful and we were assigned a room on the 27th floor looking west. How pleasant, nice linens, good bed, spacious room, clean and spacious bathroom.. Easy walk covered from circus circus to both silver legacy and el Dorado. Also easy walk to Walgreen's, the river walk, and to other casinos including the cal Neva. Easy checkout, shuttle to and from airport on time with friendly and welcoming driver. WiFi strong and reliable. Ice machine convenient and easily accessed. The housekeeping staff honored our request to go green and provide only nominal services. The only negative was when the other guests at a wedding party chose to extend the celebration to the hallways, the walls could have used some more insulation, but they did soon retire also.

Convenient to the Bowling Stadium.Posted May 19, 2015
Pros: Close to everything
Cons: A small fridge would be nice especially when you stay for a few days.
Location: We were there for bowling. Without a vehicle you are stuck with pretty much only casinos close by.
Easy check-in and check out. If you had smaller children there are lots of things to do at the arcade. The rooms were clean and nice.

It's an S-Hole!Posted May 18, 2015
Only Hotel I've ever stayed in where you can hear absululey everything in the next room. The walls are thin! Also I had to crouch down to take a shower. It was like they made it for little people. Wouldn't recommend staying there if your over 5 feet tall.

Nice hotel close to downtownPosted May 18, 2015
Check-in was quick, even though it was a busy weekend. Everyone was nice and I got a room with a good view. I had some loud-ish partying neighbors at some point but nothing that turned me off from the hotel in particular.

First stay in RenoPosted May 18, 2015
Pros: clean, price close to restaurants
Cons: It is just an older property so it is what it is.
Location: a few cool restaurants movie theater 1 hour from lake tahoe
We were in Reno for a sport tournament and this was where was the team was staying honestly a little uneasy because we are from Vegas and this same hotel is not that pretty. I was delightfully surprised the room was clean and very easy to get to and from where we were going. Close to some nice restaurants. Honestly for the price it is a nice place to stay.
