good people here

Posted Apr 29, 2015
Pros: food
Cons: I think being charged for a refrigerator was uncalled for.
Location: next time we may get closer to the strip
we had a good time, it was our 20th wedding anniversary, had to rent a fridge for champagne in order to keep it cold for our toast.

nice downtown hotel

Posted Apr 29, 2015
The hotel itself is a nice one but travelling to the skytower whetherby foot or shuttle was a bigger hassle..the casino needs more vents... The smoke got to most of us.. The kids area opens late which means a lot of disappointed kids.. On the whole a decent experience out of vegas

Fun for kids, but.....

Make sure you get a smoke free room! Smell was horrible, we had to buy candles. Couldn't get a smoke free room cause three conventions going at one time. Also, with all the money I spent on the room, why don't they have a small fridge and microwave!!! Geeesh! Will not go back.

Posted Apr 25, 2015
Pros: it was the cheapest but the staff were very nice and the room was clean.
no sound proofing had a couple next door that brought back their party at 12:00A.M and partied till 02:00 A.M then left the room every place you went had a long distance to walk, food was a little pricey but was served large portions but all in all a pretty good place to stay.

3 Night Stay for a Volleyball Tournament

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: We liked the location of the hotel where it was in close proximity to the places that we needed to go during our 3 night stay.
Cons: Nothing really. Our stay was brief and all that we really needed was a room to rest and sleep before going to our next game.
Location: Hotel was close to the event center and other hotels if you want to explore the surrounding hotels.
We had a nice time at the hotel during our 3 night stay at Circus Circus. We ate at the restaurants located around the hotel. The room was always clean every time we came back after the games and our bathroom supply of soap, shampoo, lotion and towels were always taken care of by the hotel staff.

good hotel in downtown Reno

Posted Apr 22, 2015
Pros: convenient location, large room, good amenities
Cons: When check-in, hotel clerks should show on the map where the room is (not hard to find) and most importantly where to park closer to where the room is
Location: 1) nice River walk, we walked there every day to watch the beautiful scenery 2) good show at Eldorado 3) good food all around
This is a fairly good hotel in downtown Reno, 3 hotels connected so it's easy to walk thru all three, in door. One bad thing we ran into this time is the ice making machine is broken on our floor, it is only fixed 2 days later !!! Other than these, the hotel room is clean, large for our usage. Amenities such as soap, hand lotion are delivered each day and we need them, especially hand lotion as the weather is cold.

Reno Tournament Stay

Posted Apr 21, 2015
The hotel is in dire need of updating. Everything looks old and worn. The room was okay, but the common areas were in bad shape. A large number of guests were there for the girls' volleyball tournament, as I was. As the last day of the tournament was also the checkout day for many guests, it was inexcusable that there was only person at the registration desk and that the valet station was so understaffed.
