The room has a large refrigerator, microwave and coffee maker. Room is clean and spacious. I stayed here for my daughter's attending volleyball tournament. Rather than staying in a casino hotel, this is very useful and convenient.

It has a modern look and easy access to the room. Parking is very convenient, and the surrounding area has many amenities to go places. I like the area very much is it something I will do it again in the future.

The price was right, it was clean. I asked for housekeeping, we needed fresh towels and toiletries and they never came. Had to go to the front desk and get them. The walls were thin, I could hear the neighbors tv in spanish most the night. Super annoying trying to go to sleep to that.

Thank you so much for your feedback, we sincerely apologize for the experience you had, I do know we had short staff this weekend and were sold out, if you asked over the weekend this is probably why the towels were not delivered right away but someone should have let you know this and I will be discussing with the staff to always give an ETA, also did you advise the front desk of the noise? we do have security that can tell people to quiet down when it is late. I live in Reno, needed a place to stay while my kitchen was being demolished. Receptionist was friendly and efficient at checking me in. She gave me a couple of $2 off drink coupons to use at the bar. The “bartender” was a little rude. After I paid for my $12 dollar jack and coke, I wanted to leave a gratuity in a big empty bowl I thought was the tip jar. She grabbed the three dollars, threw it on the counter. She said I don’t need a tip, I get a paycheck. Alrighty then, how about a no gratuity sign or at least put some fruit in that bowl.. Room was very clean, spacious, nicely decorated, plenty of charging stations. It’s in a great location, busy area. Can be a bit noisy in the evenings, might hear a siren or two on the weekends, but overall not a big issue. They do have 2 EV charging stations on property. Overall, nice stay.

Room has bad smell (smoking, pets maybe). Bathroom roof leaking. One of the female staff is very rude when answering questions. Room is not cleaned thoroughly, air conditioner not working. Bought breakfast rate, but there do not offer breakfast. Generally a scam hotel, be cautious.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Vary clean and modern. Unfortunately we had what sounded like a Bachelorette party in the room next-door. I definitely wouldn't fault the hotel for that it's just dumb luck. We will stay there again and would recommend it to anyone.
