“Best place we've stayed in Reno.”

We've been to Reno several times, and have tried different hotels looking for something that really fit us. We found it at the Eldorado - the room was comfortable and modern. The resort itself was delightful - clean, efficient, and with all the little extras that will keep us coming back. But the think we noticed most was that everyone smiled: desk, bellboys, casino employees, housekeeping (which was amazing!), and everyone at each of the restaurants (and we ate at all of them at least once) - save for one little hostess at the Trivoli who was surly (but everyone else made up for one bad apple). To always be greeted with courtesy and a smile - this means a great deal to a guest. And when we wanted to extend our stay a few extra nights - and even though the hotel was filling up due to the rodeo in town - the front desk staff got us booked in for those few extra days. What a treat! We'll be back...

“Fantastic Experience”

We had a wonderful time at the Eldorado. Our room was very nice and the girl at check in upgraded us to a nicer room which was greatly appreciated. Room and halls were clean and the bed was comfortable.

“El Dorado Comes Through”

Despite being a busy time, El Dorado came through as a good choice. Highly recommend. Pool was comfortable and clean.

“Better than expected”

Ok, first let me say that I am always spectical about other peoples reviews. So, let me tell you STAY at the Eldorado! We were upgraded to a beautiful suite! It was amazing, smelled good, very clean, and so comfortable. I could have stayed in there all day long. Staff was fab! I was worried because we always stay at the Silver Legacy because it is "newer". Prob never again after satying at the Eldorado. Nothing but two thumbs up for it. TRUST ME!! Tip if you do their timeshare offer MAKE SURE YOU GET YOUR 20.00 deposit when you go tour. They tried to stiff us out of it saying we already got it.

I enjoyed my stay at the El Dorado. The place was clean and the staff was friendly. My questions were all answered and concerns addressed. Everything was in good order and have no complaints. I would stay here again! Thanks!
