Great for March Madness.Posted Mar 24, 2015
Pros: Great faciities.
Cons: Lighing in the rooms.
Location: Driving Range.
The radio personality that they had in the Sports Bar/Betting area was very disruptive and a bad idea.

I enjoyed my stay very close to airport but no indoor pool for people who travel from colder parts of the U.S. like Alaska. Over all it was great ☺️

Grand ExperiencePosted Mar 20, 2015
Pros: Looks great, lots of food, lots of fun.
Cons: Fridge and Microwave in every room...
Location: Pretty close to the center of the city. Easy access to highway.
I've stayed here twice and I think it's great. Lots of food choices, friendly staff, many things to do, smells nice, and just a very enjoyable experience.

Reno's FinestPosted Mar 19, 2015
Pros: Comfortable clean room and close to ski resorts and golfing. Price is right for all it has to offer.
Cons: Could provide a little better towels as they seemed to be on the end of their life as there was little fabric left to give that cushy feel.
Location: There are quite a few nice golf courses in close proximity to the hotel and the ski resorts are only 45 to 60 minutes drive.
I am a return customer to the Grand Sierra Resort hotel as I have stayed at others in the area and find there is no reason to go anywhere else as the hotel has it all. Entertainment, find food, and great accommodations with a friendly and accommodating staff.

It was a GRAND stay!Posted Mar 18, 2015
Pros: Services are included in the resort fee.
Cons: Have the pool open.
Location: Near location to other casinos, buffets and restaurants.
We went to this hospital on a whim. First, we planned to stay just overnight but I got done at work early so we decided to leave early and stay for two nights. The staff were very friendly and professional. The place is luxurious and rooms are clean and lots of space. Some negative things I found was that the pool is closed for the season (this is in midMarch); the staff will not let you use their cart when unloading and they insist that there is a free complimentary service to carry your luggages to your room...but tip is appreciated. Overall, it was a pleasant stay and the kids enjoyed the bowling lane in hotel instead.

Close to airortPosted Mar 15, 2015
Pros: It is family and kid friendly with different types of entertainment.
Cons: Fridges in rooms for bottles and other things that need to be kept cold.
Location: Close to airport with shuttles. Not sure about things near to do because the hotel is has many options on things to do, so no need to leave.
Stuck at airport with three cranky and tired kids Wanted to go to hotel and sleep, but wanted kids to have fun and not be bored. My kids had a lot of fun, bed was very comfortable, staff very helpful and good choices in food.

pleasant atmosphere, all inclusive feel.Posted Mar 13, 2015
Pros: cleanliness overall, good restaurants, lots to do if not gambling.
Cons: Enlarge non smoking gambling areas or preferably NO SMOKING in the casino. OR, glassed in area that keeps smoke away from non smoking areas.
Location: Did not go anywhere as this hotel has an all inclusive feel. Probably would have ventured downtown if we stayed longer.
All employees very approachable and kind. Nice to see the hotel is animal friendly. Poker room is fun and there is a variety of games going on (ie: tournaments and cash games). Restaurants have very good food. I would love to have received a handout on arrival regarding what the casino offers and what activities are available in the hotel (including entertainment in the casino that goes on--I found this by accident!).

nice hotel with bowling and golf driving rangePosted Mar 13, 2015
not a fan of the dirty ash trays at every gaming machine. The hotel itself has beautiful décor and love the water walls and chandeliers and couch chairs. Got a great deal on my room and airline through Expedia. The room was big, but no tray or soap holder in the tile shower, which makes it awful to hold soap or a shampoo/conditioner!

DisappointingPosted Mar 11, 2015
Pros: The Starbucks staff were very nice and helpful.
Cons: All rooms should have fridges and microwaves. Beds could use better bedding. TV should work and be larger. info on the pool and hot tub being closed
Location: The location and surrounding things didn't really matter to us, it was about staying in a nice hotel with a pretty view for the weekend.
I got this hotel hoping for a nice, relaxing, and romantic weekend with my girlfriend. Instead, i was greatly disappointed. This hotel considers itself a four star hotel, and yet it had less amenities and was more expensive than most three star hotels I've stayed in. The room was ridiculously large for two people, and yet had no fridge, no microwave, small tv, and the bed was nothing special. The pool and hot tub were closed "for the season" despite the fact that the weather was beautiful, and there was nothing in the hotel information that said it would be closed. The staff were very impersonal and unhelpful. The room felt fairly clean, but the room in general could have used a little more TLC. Also, the tv channels would cut out or go silent for a few seconds the whole time we were watching.

Hotel is nice. A lot of amenitiesPosted Mar 9, 2015
I liked the hotel but the room beds were bad. Poor quality mattresses and the bathroom was dirty.
