Pros: Right in town
Location: Great location, close to freeways and shopping
Stay was comfortable, was in the middle of the week so it wasn't as busy.

Not a hotel for a good night sleep

Posted Jul 3, 2015
Pros: Location
Cons: New beds are needed, carpeting needs to be replaced. There needs to be security walking through the halls to monitor noise
Location: This hotel is in the middle of all the casinos.
The location is excellent and if you just want a place to crash it will work. The beds are uncomfortable, in need of being replaced. The rooms are Very noise both outside noise and noise from other rooms and the halls. The air conditioner rattled all night. The carpet was very stained.

Wonderful stay close to everything.

Posted Jul 2, 2015
Pros: Suite was beautiful. Very quiet, and comfortable.
Cons: Updated furniture would be nice.
Location: Santa Fe is within the same block for Basque food, train station right across the street. At the end of the strip, so plenty of casinos nearby.
Everything was just about perfect. There are plenty of amenities close by, staff was friendly and accommodating, our suite was beautiful. Only thing lacking is that furniture is wearing out, couch was pretty well worn. Otherwise, there is food nearby, train station right across the street. Train runs beneath the street, so you don't get the train rattle you might otherwise get. Reno itself is a bit worn, but it's still the biggest little city in the world, and Harrah's was the right choice.

Nice clean rooms

Posted Jun 30, 2015
The rooms are the feature here. They are clean, nicely decorated and quiet. There is an extra resort fee at check in. Ours was $11 which included free wifi. Otherwise all was ok.

2 nights in reno

Posted Jun 29, 2015
Pros: It still has its charm.
Cons: Front Desk training.
I have been going to Harrah's since I was a kid. The check in process needs improvement. I was the lucky one to get a new employee both times I interacted with the front desk.

Downtown

Arrived room had holes in bottom sheet. The safe didnt work , neither did the blow dryer. Also, the bathroom heater wouldn't turn off. There was also a hole in the ceiling by the light right when you walk in. Also a crack in the tile right brfore you step on carpet.

TWe were expecting less given the low price

Posted Jun 27, 2015
Pros: Nice good-sized room for a low price.
We had a lot of luggage - on a twelve day road trip - and the bellman loaded it all on his cart as soon as we arrived. The valet parking was quick and easy. We checked in after a short wait and rode the elevator with the bellman. We ate in the buffet, which I would not do again.

The tempeture in the room never cool off, charge you for everything even coffee. Staff are rude and a lot of the slot machines were down.
