Consistently excellent...and not a casino!Posted Nov 8, 2013
Pros: I keep going back because I know I can ALWAYS count on an excellent, no-hassle experience.
Location: Proximity to freeway and major arteries allow easy access to Reno's shopping, casinos, restaurants and sports venues, etc. Across from shopping plaza.
My three top requirements (safety, cleanliness and quiet) are consistently met. Hotel employees are always efficient and friendly. I checked in with a young man on his first day of work at this hotel. He was professional, personable and eager to provide excellent customer service, which he did.

Street Vibrations!Posted Oct 2, 2013
Pros: Cleanliness, have stayed in some real bragged about dumps.Everything was clean!
Cons: Not a thing, compliments to all!
Location: Walking distance from good places to eat.Staff pointed us in the right direction for good food.Which was inexpensive too.
Spotless rooms .Secure bike parking.Helpful friendly staff.Great breakfast, cooked to order on site. Little store for essentials,WiFi,coffee/tea 24/7. Before we checked in we were offered water, coffee coming in the door.Staff had a great sense of humor, all shifts were pleasant.Looking for Hiltons from now on!! Give these people a raise,so they don/t leave! Thank you so much, had a great time!!

A very pleasant surprise!Posted Sep 10, 2013 on Hotels.com
Great hotel. Neat, all non-smoking, friendly and very well maintained. Some wear on the carpet is the only thing that stood between my stay and perfection.

Okay interstate highway motelPosted Sep 8, 2013
Pros: Nice breakfast for gold Hilton members. Others had to pay.
Cons: Noise in the rooms.
Location: Not a good location.
Thought it was considered an airport hotel but was a 20 taxi ride that cost $25. The room air conditioner was noisy and the small refrigerator had to be unplugged due to noise.

great hotel not so friendly staffPosted Sep 6, 2013 on Hotels.com
This hotel is great to stay at because of its location and cleanliness of hotel. The problem I found was that the night staff was great but the day time staff was not so friendly, meaning you didn't get anyone to smile. I have stayed at the hilton on multiple occasions and find that this particular hotel was out of morning smiles. At breakfast this hotel has a waiter come to your table to order your egg and he didn't explain anything so we had to ask him about the accompaniments after he took our order for our eggs he just walked away and never asked if we wanted sausages/bacon/waffles etc... At the other hilton you pay for your meal then go up to the hot buffet area and tell the chef how you want your eggs and if you want a waffle etc... the rest is laid out. At this hilton you had to look for the waiter to ask questions or ask for utensils because he had cleared the area for early closing. We still had an hour before breakfast was over. We noticed other people looking around as well and saying negative things. This and the fact that in the morning no one smiled except the cleaning staff. Other than that I will still recommend and stay at this hotel again. Just because a few can't smile and be courteous will not keep me away from this fine hotel and evening staff.

The hotel was under renovation and the lobby was in disarray. At check in, the clerk appeared distracted and disinterested in our needs. The restaurant was empty and the bartender could not tell us what hours the restaurant was open. When we got to our room, the book listing room service, etc was missing. When it was delivered, it was missing local restaurants. When we went downstairs to the pool, the doors would not open. The desk clerk told us to go back and lift the handles. It took several minutes to finally open the door. In the morning, our bill was not placed under our door, so check out could have been easier.

Giant PillowsPosted Sep 4, 2013 on Hotels.com
The pillows they offer are so gigantic that your head is 4-6 inches off from the mattress. For me, this caused painful neck cramps, so I ended up not sleeping with any pillows. The bed was a little too hard for my taste, but I would stay again. Rooms were clean, staff couldn't of been friendlier, the receptionist helped me out when I arrived a day late. They have amazing burger and fries and a small quiet bar.

This is a good hotel that is very clean with a friendly staff. The all you can eat breakfast and overall quality of the food was great. We did not eat dinner there so I can not comment on that. I will say that the restaurant is not really a restaurant at all it is tables in the lobby area with a very small bar. It is about 20 minutes from downtown Reno and a easy drive to surrounding areas. I would stay there again
