“Great hotel for everyone, in a great location.”

This hotel exceeded my expectations. Comfortable, clean and updated furnishings and very pleasent staff. The location was great because it was close to everything you want and at the same time distant enough from the crowded and noisy downtown. My family and i really enjoyed it.

“Wedding Anniversay Vacation”

Everyone there went above and beyond the call of duty to please my wife and I while we stayed there for 2 weeks. I would definitely stay there again if I ever get to Reno again. All I would say to the management or owners of this place is, Don't change a thing. You have a winner the way it is. :) Thank you for the wonderful time we had on our wedding anniversary.

“Great Stay in Reno”

We arrived a little early but our room was ready. The entire property was clean and well kept. The room also was clean and new. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Good location away from the busy downtown but only minutes away. Many business close by if you need anything.

“This was a return trip”

We like this hilton because it is not in the middle of the casino's. It is very comfortable, has movies on demand and usually all the staff is great. We did not like one person in the breakfast area..... but doubt she will be there long. The manager is very personable and remembered us from last year.

“Reno's Awesome Garden Hotel”

We arrived in the evening and everything was great. Very friendly staff, clean rooms, loved the pool spa area. Would recommend this hotel to my family and friend and will diffently go back!

“Reno best hotel for kids”

The swimming pool was so clean and quite. The gym is small, but good enough for exercise.

“Easy access to major freeways”

The front desk people were helpful and knowledgable. The hotel itself was well laid out. Parking was plentiful and close to entrances. The breakfast area was close and self serve coffee was good. The rooms were quiet and the black-out curtains worked well. The maids let you sleep in. The pain relief selection in the snack area was good. Pillows were good, AC good, hot water and shower good. Really the only thing that was not top notch was the temperature in the hot tub was too cool and we found no was to adjust it. JT

The hotel is located in a quiet area with amenities within 5 minutes. Very good service and great breakfast.
