Great stay with hubby and 3 kidsPosted Oct 13, 2014
This is one of the few hotels where I could get 2 queen beds and a sofa bed. There wasn't a limit for how many kids. We have 3 young kids so we need 3 rooms and enough sleeping space. Our room was perfect.

Clean, convenient, exactly what we neededPosted Oct 12, 2014
Even though next to the airport, we stayed in this hotel (family of 5). With the AC fan running, I only heard one jet take off or land during our stay. Clean rooms and facilities, excellent staff. Although in Reno, the hotel has no gambling, etc.

Absolutely a perfect 10 and extremely high value!Posted Sep 24, 2014
Pros: cannot find a single negative :)
Cons: Nothing :)
Just about everything about our stay was superb: STAFF from the smiles and elegant demeanor of the initial encounter to departure; staff's MALLEABILITY in accommodating our special need for a late check-out d/t phone conference; superb and functional hotel and ROOM DESIGN; very nice artistic touches in the foyer and fireplace with abstract representation of a crackling fire (orange-red vases of varying sizes representing flames); impeccable CLEANLINESS of the facilities and excellent BREAKFAST. In essence, our family rated our stay at this hotel as a 10 out of a possible 10. In fact, we were so impressed that we will be looking for Hyatt Places in the future - might be hard to live up to this experience at the Hyatt Place at Reno-Tahoe International Airport.

Ni e Hotel conveniently located next to Reno AairpPosted Sep 10, 2014
This is a wonderful hotel located right across the street from the Reno airport. Room was very clean and spacious, with a simple and modern layout. The 24 hr. Food service was very nice, just phone in an order and pick up in the lobby when ready. There is a convenient airport shuttle for those who might not want to walk across the street to the airport, this worked for us since we had a very early flight and did not want to walk over in the dark. The desk staff was very friendly and attentive to our needs, check in was a breeze. We also had a nice view of the airport, and enjoyed watching planes come and go from our 5th story hotel room. This hotel was very quiet, with no noise intrusions from within or from outside, we could barely hear the planes taking off. Hotel pricing was to us very reasonable. We would definitely stay here again if we needed a place to stay in Reno, NV.

Close to AirportPosted Aug 25, 2014
Pros: Close to airport and very clean. Nice staff as well.
Cons: A bit pricey!!! Should be in line with other hotels in Reno area.
Close to Airport, 5 minute shuttle ride to airport, shuttles on demand, airport park and fly.

Hot August NightsPosted Aug 4, 2014
Pros: Location, bed, room size, free breakfast
Location: The Reno Events Center / Downtown Reno is fairly close.
We stayed here Thursday and Friday for Hot August Nights. It wasn't far from where the events were going on and was better than staying downtown. Check-in was easy and the host was very nice. The room was a nice size, with a couch, refrigerator, sink & desk on one side of a short wall and the bed & bathroom on the other. The TV was in the middle & you could rotate it to where you were in the room. The bed was perfect and the shower was just right. Breakfast was fruit, cereal, breakfast sandwiches, eggs, etc. Definitely worth the price. It also helped save money, being that there is no temptation to gamble here!
