Pros: The staff made it great
Cons: Free night stay. Lol
Location: UNR, Mall, Downtown
Went to state high school basketball tournament. Hotel was close to UNR had a great time. The Nugget is the place to stay in Reno. Great food noodles shop was the best. Would love to be spokesperson for hotel , also won a little cash it was great. I will be back for state track guess where I am staying. Thanks for everything and the price was right.

Friendly, helpful staffPosted Mar 4, 2014
Location: Free airport shuttle
I stayed overnight with our two kids. Room was ready when we arrived, and it looked up-to-date and really nice. Only drawback is the loud noise that erupts from the slot machines during the night when someone hits a jackpot. Happened twice during the night, which was great for the winners, but not so great when it wakes you up from a sound sleep, up on the 3rd floor of the east wing of the hotel. I would stay here again, but on a higher floor.

Awesome hospitality and great value for money!Posted Mar 4, 2014
Pros: Great staff, Location of parking and choice of complimentary drinks.
Cons: The restaurants could stay open a little later in the evening. Still Rosie's cafe was good value and excellent.
Location: location is quite close to down town and we had lunch at a unlimited sushi place in circus circus in less than 15 mins.
Stayed for a long weekend and i have stayed at many casino hotels and this was one of the best. Great service and excellent staff made us feel very welcomed. The hotel room was a king deluxe and was clean and good size. The choice of complimentary drinks when gambling is excellent and the service is very quick. Great loyalty bonus called Johns card gives you free money when gambling which we used for money off our dinner. To wrap it up the parking was also very close 3 mins from car to the check in desk. Amazing!

We arrived late and were greeted with friendly faces. The room was very big and clean. The lobby, elevator , and casino were immaculate. I would definitely stay there again

Great everything!Posted Feb 26, 2014
We were hesitant to stay because the hotel seemed a little dated, but we were super impressed once we arrived. The staff was super pleasant and quick, the room was updated, really clean, and even luxurious. The only thing we disliked was that the room faced the highway so we could hear road noise, but that was to be expected. We have always dined at The Buffet in the El Dorado resort while stopping in Reno, but we decided to try the Rotisserie instead. We were not disappointed. Lots of options, wonderful desserts, and less of the cost of other buffets in the area. Greater quality for less cost! Our favorite part about the Nugget is the pool. Try to go when there will be less people so that you can experience the sauna in peace. So relaxing.

girls weekendPosted Feb 26, 2014
my sister, mom and I had the most fun here, we cashed out quit a bit which kept us going through the weekend. The champagne brunch was the most delicious experience that we had, I would totally recommend staying here. On a end note, I found John Auscuagas Nugget to be more reasonably priced compared to Circus Circus, and others downtown. We will come back!!

Nice and cleanPosted Feb 25, 2014
Cons: room temperature is little bit high even after we turn off the heater, we have to run AC a little bit to cool the room down (a little bit guilty).
We stay there two days for ski trip, stuff are very friendly and the room is tidy and clean, highly recommended!
